Inmates Get Baked For Paris

It's been one year since Paris Hilton turned Lynwood Jail on it's ass -- and since her former roommates don't have anything better to do -- they're celebrating!

Through a state funded cooking class, the inmates baked a cake to commemorate "Operation Secure Paris." Notice the Eiffel Tower symbolizing the heiress ... those lawbreakers are so clever!

Paris Wanted -- As Lynwood Grand Marshal!

The City of Lynwood is trying to get one of its most celebrated temporary residents, Paris Hilton, to accept the honor of being this year's Candy Cane Lane Christmas parade Grand Marshal!

TMZ got an email from Rozie, who works for the City of Lynwood, asking how she might get in touch with the former resident of the Century Regional Detention Facility, in hopes that Paris might join the company of illustrious stars who've previously served as Grand Marshal; namely, Lynwood native Weird Al Yankovic and L.A. Dodger Manny Mota.

TMZ cameras spotted this sign posted outside the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood yesterday.

Wonder if they passed around a card for her to sign, too?
