Anna Nicole Smith was so whacked out of her mind in 2006 that she mistook the baby growing in her womb for a case of bad gas -- and it's all on a tape that was entered as evidence in court on Friday.
The video was shot by Howard K. Stern at a little girl's birthday party. Snippets of the video were released two years ago, but now the entire 50-minute tape is being used in the drug case against Stern and Anna's former doctors.
In this particular clip, Smith can't seem to comprehend the fact that she's pregnant -- consistently denying there's a baby in her belly ... despite the fact she's showing.
It just gets weirder from there -- check it out for yourself. Then sadly, at the end of the clip, the little girl looks straight into the camera and says, "She's having brain trouble."

CoverGirl -- the company that ran faster than mascara in a thunderstorm -- has un-blacklisted Rihanna.
A day after Chris Brown pled guilty and it became clear Rihanna would not have to take the stand, CoverGirl resumed its ad campaign with a new spot featuring the singer -- a spot that was shot more than 3 months ago.
Coincidence? We thinks not.

While still more gorgeous than 99.9% of the Earth's population, a sad and hungry looking Halle Berry roamed the slums of Beverly Hills with daughter Nahla on Tuesday.
Unfortunately, it takes the rest of us a lot more than 30 cents a day to look as good as Halle.
No word if Madonna has plans to adopt her.

OctoMom Nadya Suleman did a lot more damage than we thought at the MAC cosmetic store. How's this taxpayers -- SHE BLEW MORE THAN A GRAND!
We reported she made a modest purchase during a recent trip to MAC. Turns out she returned to the scene of the crime for moisturizer, primer foundation, powder, blush, lip stick, lip liner, clear lip gloss, eye shadow, eye liner, face wash, brushes, makeup remover ... in the end, the total came to more than $1,000.
True ... she's making money hand over fist right now. The whole "rainy day" thing has clearly escaped her.
Someone remind this chick -- she has 14 kids. Then again, she's gotta look purdy for Dr. Phil.

Revlon has secretly hired a huge polling company to find out if Rihanna is hurting its competitor, Covergirl.
An online survey is circulating by the folks over at Harris Interactive. The survey -- which we've learned was commissioned by Revlon -- features a Covergirl commercial for mascara. It then questions people if they are aware of the person in the commercial (without saying Rihanna's name), if they've heard about her in the news lately, if they have an opinion about the person and if they feel the person is "an appropriate spokesperson" for the product.
The obvious implication here -- are women pissed off that Rihanna got back with Chris Brown and therefore would be less likely to buy Covergirl products? That's what we're thinking.
We confirmed with Harris Interactive that the poll is a "proprietary study by Revlon" -- translation: no one was supposed to know Revlon was doing recon on its competitor.
We spoke with someone at Revlon who said she'd get back to us. We're still waiting.

It just keeps getting better. OctoMom just left the MAC cosmetic counter at a Nordstrom department store.
She was at the Brea Mall near L.A. this afternoon. She bought stuff, though we don't know exactly what. But here's what we do know. Eye shadow costs around 15 bucks a pop.
She may soon not have a place to live but she'll sure look good.
UPDATE: OctoMom blew some of her hard earned handout money on one tube of clear lip gloss -- which ran the food stamp user a cool $14.50 plus tax. In comparison, a 48-pack of Pampers usually runs around $16.99.

Kathy Griffin scared the crap out of people during a recent appearance on radio, and it had nothing to do with what she said. She showed up sans makeup on Adam Carrolla's morning radio show, lookin' interesting -- not necessarily bad, just not at all like Kathy Griffin!

But the truly incredible thing is how Clarice goes from looking like she does in this picture from three years ago (left), to looking superlatively flawless today.

Funnylady/gay icon Kathy Griffin will be featured in an article in the next Steppin' Out magazine scored by editor Chaunce Hayden. Congrats to the "D-List" comedienne -- whose dream has finally come true! She nabbed the cover! Atta gurl! Wait -- is that KATHY??
Congratulations are also due to the miraculous Photoshopping staff at Steppin' Out. Griffin is literally airbrushed within an inch of her penis! If you took Tori Spelling, made her hot and gave her Hilary Duff's body, you'd get their version of Kathy. Though the redheaded comic is barely recognizable on the cover, unlike Andy Roddick, it's doubtful that Kathy will have any issues with her new look.
