Driver for Timba Lands in Handcuffs

Next time Timbaland hires a driver, he might want to check if the guy actually has a license first.

TMZ has obtained video of the mega-producer surrounded by cops in Times Square early Wednesday morning while his chauffeur was taken in for driving without a license. Timba looked pissed, and righly so -- he trusted the guy with his sick Maybach (which usually start around $339,000)!!!!!!

Timbaland's rep had no comment.
