Patrick Dempsey turned heads while nonchalantly walking around New York's Meatpacking District -- in this frilly pink satin dress. Very conscious of his figure, he made sure his girls were still in place when he noticed cameras were watching.
"Grey's" Dr. Shepherd was on location for the romantic comedy flick, "Made of Honor," due next year.
