His Airmess was in South Beach yesterday -- probably joking around -- but as anyone who has any appreciation for sports knows ... when Jordan tells you to do something, you do it. Fortunately for the snappers, the cabbies disobeyed.

Millions of kids still wanna be like Mike -- and according to the American Cancer Society, that's a bad thing. 
The ACS is fuming over several photos TMZ posted earlier of MJ playing softball with a fat stogie hangin' out of his mouth. Now, the ACS has unleashed a mouthpiece of their own, their former president Cary Presant MD, who told us, "When high profile athletes publicly display unhealthful habits they can mislead young people to emulate their behavior. According to the American Cancer Society tobacco use in this country is responsible for 1/3 of all cancers and remains the most preventable cause of death in our society. 8.6 million Americans suffer from chronic smoking-related disease. Since 1964 smoking has cause more than 12 million premature deaths in the U.S."
Calls to Jordan's reps were not returned.

Michael Jordan is worth about $400 million, but he doesn't use a dime of that to tip on his bill at a popular Vegas nightclub. Still wanna be like Mike?
Sources tell us MJ frequently visits a very upscale Vegas hotspot and gets comped more often than not. But even with the free bubbly, MJ isn't opening up his wallet. Nike must not pay what it used to!
For his part, Air Jordan shelled out $168 mil for his divorce from Juanita. And apparently he's trying to get that money back, one abandoned tip at a time!

Where is Maury Povich when you need him?! A woman who claims Michael Jordan fathered her 4-year-old son is asking for him to take a paternity test -- for the third time!
The former NBA baller took two paternity tests in 2005, and was completely ruled out to be the boy's father. But the wacky mom just won't leave MJ alone.
Lisa Miceli is asking a judge to make Jordan submit to a third paternity test -- but here's the rub (get it?) -- she'll have a hard time serving Jordan, because a judge has ruled she's been harassing the s**t out of him and ordered her to stay away.
At this point Mike's probably feelin' it's a load of Chicago bulls**t.

A Pennsylvania woman has been bombarding Michael Jordan with hundreds of threatening calls and e-mails over the past couple years, says the NBA legend, and he's playing some of that famous defense against her in a new lawsuit.
Jordan is seeking a special injunction against Lisa Miceli, a Crawford County, Pa. woman who claimed back in 2004 that MJ was the father of her son, as the Meadville Tribune reported. But since Jordan took two DNA tests in 2005, proving he wasn't the dad, Miceli has continued a full-court press of "hundreds" of calls and e-mails, according to the suit -- and now things are getting "violent and threatening."
A lawyer for Miceli wasn't immediately available for comment, but a website titled "Lisa Miceli's Official Blog" appears to document someone's very ardent feelings.

The latest Air Jordan sneaker has been unleashed, and despite what you might think you're seeing here, we're telling you -- it's a green shoe.
Nike tells us that the Air Jordan XX3 is the first-ever basketball shoe in the Jordan Brand to be made with sustainable materials -- meaning it'll be around the next time MJ decides to unretire, whenever that is. It's coming out in a limited edition costing $230 which will only be available in 23 stores (sensing a theme here?) and then will be out wide -- for $185.

For the second time in their 17-year marriage, basketball legend Michael Jordan and his wife are calling it quits.
In a statement issued through their lawyers, Juanita and Michael Jordan announced that they have "mutually and amicably decided to end their 17-year marriage. A judgment for dissolution of their marriage was entered today. There will be no further statements."
Juanita filed for divorce in 2002, citing "irreconcilable differences," but withdrew her petition just weeks later when the couple announced they were attempting a reconciliation. During the earlier divorce proceedings, Juanita sought custody of their three children, a 25,000-square-foot home in suburban Highland Park and half of the rest of the couple's property.
In July, a judge rejected a lawsuit brought by Jordan's former lover, Karla Knafel, who said that Jordan had promised her $5 million for her silence, and for not filing a paternity suit when she learned she was pregant in 1991. Jordan denies making any promises.
Juanita and Michael were married married Sept. 2, 1989 in Las Vegas. They have three children; Jeffrey, 17, Marcus, 15, and Jasmine, 13.
