Eric Dane -- I Did Not Have Sex With that Woman!

Eric Dane Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart did not have sex with Kari Ann Peniche -- but according to Peniche, they had plenty of fun.

Kari Ann -- a dethroned Miss United States Teen -- tells TMZ the video featuring the whacked-out naked trio was shot more than two years ago in her apartment. Kari Ann insists there was absolutely no sex involved -- they played dress up and the two women then soaked together in a bathtub as Eric called "action" behind the camera.

In the video, Gayheart says her "alter-ego" name is "Nina," Kari's is "Fifi" and Dane goes by "Peter," "Cocaine Manor," "Tristan Daily," and "Tuff Hedeman," a famous bull rider.

Kari Ann says the video was stored on the hard drive of her computer, but stolen by Mindy McCready, who was her roommate after the two completed a stint on the TV show "Celebrity Rehab." Kari Ann says she got into an argument with McCready over money and believes the singer took her hard drive when she moved out. Kari Ann freaked out about certain personal information about her on the hard drive and filed a stolen property report with the LAPD.

Last month there was a summit between Eric, Rebecca, Kari Ann and Mindy. Their reps hammered out a deal as to who got what on the hard drive. Eric got full rights to the video and everyone assumed that was that ... until the tape surfaced on the Internet yesterday.

So a little song, a little dance a little betrayal down your pants.

Mackenzie Phillips -- Student Becomes the Master

Mackenzie Phillips"Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew" -- the show that exploits celebrities who are battling addiction -- is now exploiting a celebrity who has already battled addiction.

We've learned Mackenzie Phillips -- who entered rehab for the 10th time in September 2008 -- will appear on the third season of the show as a "sober coach." Phillips was busted for cocaine in August 2008, but had the majority of the charges against her dropped -- and the final charge will be dropped when she completes a drug diversion program. By all indications, Mackenzie has done a complete 180 and says the arrest saved her life.

The role of "sober coach" on the show was previously played by Gary Busey -- and we know how that turned out.

And we know the other new cast of characters. Let's just say Mackenzie has her work cut out for her.

Dr. Phil to McCready: Let Me Make You a TV Star

Mindy and Dr. PhilCountry wreck Mindy McCready's trip to Dr. Phil-approved rehab comes with an added bonus -- a spot on Dr. Phil's couch.

While there were conflicting reports as to whether McCready was in rehab for addictions or for psychiatric issues, a source close to Mindz tells us she is at a Texas center that specializes in both drug addiction and mental health issues. Two for one.

We're told Dr. Phil set the whole thing up and will pop in to see her in a week or so. McCready will spend a total of 30 days at the facility and her rehabilitation will culminate with the taping of an in-studio appearance on "The Dr. Phil Show." Our sources tell us Mindy will attempt to explain how she doesn't think she has a problem. She's tellin' the story.

Dr. Phil to Capitalize on Depressed Country Singer

Mindy McCready is going back to rehab after trying to do herself in with her favorite swiggable and pharmaceutical -- vodka and Ambien -- and we hear Dr. Phil's inserting himself in the whole she-bang.

TMZ has learned the troubled McCready went off the deep end late last week after getting dumped by her boyfriend and collapsed while on the phone with her mother. She downed a bottle of vods and pills in what we're told was a "suicide attempt."

She's headed to Arizona for treatment, and a source says that was all Phil's idea. We're told he's taken Mindy under his wing as a "personal project." As for whether or not she'll be on the show, time will tell.

We contacted Phil -- so far, no answer. Mindy's peeps had no comment.

UPDATE:
A rep for the good Dr. P tells TMZ, "Dr. Phil has not treated patients one-on-one since his show went on air. Ms. McCready's situation is private and we respect her right to privacy in a difficult time."

Same Ol' Arrest Song for Mindy Mac

Mindy McCready was just popped for the -- oh, hell, we've lost count.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that the countrymess was just arrested for a probation violation -- she allegedly falsified info on her community service report. Mindy turned herself into Williamson County, Tenn. Sheriffs on Monday night, and we're told she posted bail two hours later.

BTW, Mindz is clearly getting plenty of practice with those mugshots -- yep, that really is a mugshot.

McCready 911 Tape -- "My Mom Is Attacking Me"

Moments before she was arrested in Florida Saturday night, country singer Mindy McCready told a 911 dispatcher that her mother had "attacked" her, and "made marks on herself to make it look like [Mindy] hurt her." A baby can be heard screaming in the background during the entire conversation.

A short time after Mindy made the call, Lee County Sheriffs arrested the singer after they saw scratches on her mother's face and said that McCready's breath reeked of alcohol -- despite Mindy's recorded claim that neither she nor her mother had been drinking or doing any drugs that night.

According to the arrest report, McCready "struggled" when sheriffs arrived, and had to be restrained. During the confrontation, she hit her head on the ground, which caused the gash on her face in the mugshot.

McCready was then taken to jail, where deputies say she was so disruptive, they were forced to use pepper spray to control her. McCready claims the cops abused her, and told a news station that she plans to take legal action.

Mindy McCready Does it Again

Melinda McCreadyCountry singer Mindy McCready (and apparent permanent train wreck) was arrested early Saturday morning in Florida and charged with battery and resisting arrest.

McCready, 31, was charged with the two misdemeanors, according to booking information. The Lee County Sheriff's Office would not discuss what happened nor what led to her arrest.

McCready, who had a No. 1 hit in 1996 with "Guys Do It All the Time," has struggled in recent years, beginning with a 2004 conviction for fraudulently obtaining prescription painkillers. She was on probation for that offense when she was charged with driving under the influence in 2005.

She was found not guilty of the DUI charge, but guilty of driving on a suspended license.

McCready was released on $1,000 bail Saturday and is scheduled to appear in court August 14.

UPDATE: In an interview with WINK TV in Florida, McCready says she is considering filing charges against a Sheriff's deputy for what she calls brutality. McCready told the TV station the bruises on her body were put there by deputies. She also says she was starved in jail and maced for no reason.

McCready accused the officers of tackling her while she was holding her 15-month-old son. "They tackled me. They didn't give any directions. They just tackled...It's just not right," she said. But the sheriff's department countered that they, in fact, took the baby away before wrestling McCready to the ground. As for the mace charges, police say McCready caused a disturbance in jail and was subdued with pepper spray.

According to the Sheriff's Department, deputies were called to the house because of a domestic dispute. When they arrived, McCready's mother claimed her daughter became violent after drinking. Officers say they saw scratches on the mother's face and say McCready's breath reeked of alcohol. McCready reportedly denied everything and called her mother "crazy." According to WINK, McCready resisted arrest, and had to be restrained. That's when she hit her her head on the ground, which caused the gash on her face in her mugshot.

McCready was then taken to jail, where deputies say she acted so disruptive they were forced to use pepper spray to control her.

McCready told WINK News, she plans to visit a doctor and a lawyer today.
