The woman who snuck onto Britney Spears' property was found guilty on count of misdemeanor peeking (Really? That's a criminal charge?) and was sentenced to three years probation, 240 hours community service and ordered to stay away from Spears.
Miranda Tozier-Robbins was found not guilty of the other charge she was facing -- misdemeanor trespassing -- which certainly sounds like the more serious of the charges.
Tozier-Robbins was arrested back on April 16 for sneaking into Britney's private Calabasas community and peering into the windows of her home.

The woman who allegedly donned military fatigues and snooped around Britney Spears' home has just pled not guilty to charges of trespassing and peeping or prowling.
26-year-old Miranda Tozier-Robbins was allegedly caught peeping through the windows of Britney's Calabasas home back in April, and had to be physically removed from the property.
The judge in an L.A. court today remained confident a deal could be worked out between Tozier-Robbins and the D.A., but a pretrial date was still set for July 17.

The woman arrested for ominous behavior on Britney Spears' property says for her, Britney was like an assignment you get in chemistry class.
Miranda Tozier-Robbins was arrested outside of Britney's home wearing camouflage and holding a camera ... but it turns out the whole thing was kind of a misunderstanding. In her mind at least.
The 26 year-old art student, who attends the Art Institute in L.A., claims she was just trying to show the lengths to which the paparazzi have to go get their pics. The footage was going to be used in a documentary film she's currently working on.
Apparently the excuse is working -- TMZ has learned that Tozier-Robbins won't face any punishment at her college as long as she keeps attending classes.
So in a way, the whole thing was kind of like a science fair project -- and Britney was the dangerous volcano stuffed full of baking soda and vinegar.
