Spencer Pratt wants his money, and he's sending out the Big D to get it.
Last week, Spencer went on the "Jojo, Reagan and the Mix Morning Show" on the radio and claimed that Heidi's unforgettably bad performance on this year's Miss Universe pageant was the most watched TV event of all-time. Well, like everyone else, the DJs didn't believe him. They did their research and found out that Princess Di's funeral was indeed the most watched. By about 1.5 billion people. So, they want their money.
Not so fast, claims Spencer. He tells TMZ he re-listened to the tape, and that he said it was the most watched "performance" of all-time ... not "event." Apparently, Princess Di's funeral doesn't count as a performance ... despite the fact that Elton John performed.
Nevertheless, Pratt believes he won the bet and wants his money. In fact, Pratt tells TMZ he's going to send his bodyguard Big D to the station to collect the cash. Note to DJs -- we know Spencer will do anything for fame, we can only imagine what he'll do for money. Pay the dude.

The Miss Universe sex tape is only half as authentic as once believed -- one of the women in the scandalous video is NOT a world-class beauty pageant winner, this according to the conductor of the 3-way naked train himself.
TMZ spoke with Wyatt Gallery -- the fine arts photographer who was literally caught in the middle of the drama -- who tells us some scumbag ripped the footage from his laptop computer in an attempt to sabotage Miss Trinidad and Tobago's career.
While Gallery confirms that his long-term girlfriend, Anya Ayoung-Chee aka Miss T&T 2008, did co-star in the video, the other woman -- believed to have been Miss Japan 2008 -- is NOT Hiroko Mima after all ... just a really, really, really close friend.
Now here's the real scandalous part of the story: Gallery tells us he believes the footage -- shot in New York back in 2007 -- was stolen from his laptop when he took it to a Trinidad computer shop for repairs.
Gallery says, "I feel horrible and embarrassed for Anya, her family and myself ... because this was a private moment that was never supposed to be made public." He adds, "This was an intentional, malicious sabotage against Anya and her career ... and I feel stupid for not deleting the files off of my computer."
Gallery tells us he has a legal team looking into the matter and plans on suing anyone who continues to distribute the tape.

Carrie who?
Two former Miss Universe contestants are stealing the sex tape scandal spotlight, after a home video hit the web reportedly featuring Miss Japan 2008 and Miss Trinidad and Tobago 2008 engaged -- fully engaged -- in a hardcore three-way with some dude, reportedly a professional photographer.
Hiroko Mima (Japan) and Anya Ayoung-Chee (T&T) both competed in the 2008 Miss Universe pageant.
TMZ spoke with a rep from the Miss Universe pageant who tells us, "This was apparently eight months after the pageant and neither were the reigning titleholder.
The photographer is NOT a Miss Universe staffer so we have nothing to say or any involvement ... thank goodness."
And for the record -- no, we're not publishing it.

Heidi Montag's amazingly awful performance at the Miss Universe pageant was lip synced harder than a Britney Spears concert -- but according to her and Spencer, it was "live as live can be."

This isn't just an awesome clip of one of the hottest women on the planet blowing up a condom with her mouth -- this is part of an Olympic event.
Several Miss Universe contestants participated in the Condom Olympics on Friday in the Bahamas, which was set up by YouthAIDS to raise awareness about HIV infection ... and we're pretty sure it worked.
Miss Australia Rachael Finch is the one credited with blowing up the condom ... but you gotta watch the video to see if she had the lung strength to pop it.

It wouldn't be a pageant if something didn't fall to the ground -- but this year during the Miss Universe competition, it wasn't one of the contestants ... it was the crown!
Last year's Miss Universe, Venezuela's Dayana Mendoza, dropped it at the worst possible moment: When crowning the new beauty queen, Stefania Fernandez, also of Venezuela.

Heidi Montag is scheduled to perform at tonight's Miss Universe pageant in the Bahamas, but pageant production staffers are taking bets as to whether or not it will actually go down -- because she's just that bad!
Sources tells us pageant peeps are concerned that Heidi just can't pull it off. We're told "she's lip-syncing and can't remember the lyrics" (to her own song!!!), "looks like a trainwreck," and "she can't dance."
But she's got Jesus on her side, so we're sure it will turn out just fine.
UPDATE: From the mouth of Spencer -- "The allegations by certain production staffers saying that Heidi is not going to perform are 100% false. She will perform live tonight and she is an exceptional dancer."
UPDATE 2: A source at NBC, which is airing the pageant, says Heidi isn't as bad as producers were secretly hoping she'd be. We shall see ...

We were having a tasteful conversation with former Miss Switzerland Nadine Vinzens about nude photos -- when her guy friend totally busted her for being busted for DUI.
Vinzens admits she was driving drunk when she got arrested back in the day, but also says it was a setup.
Sorry Nadine, it can't be both.

Former Miss New Mexico USA Raelene Aguilar better put some extra Vaseline on her teeth and smile wide in court -- because she's just been charged with criminal DWI.
Aguilar was arrested earlier this month by El Paso,TX PD, after getting an F on her field sobriety test. She's now officially charged with one misdemeanor. Her first court date is April 23.
Aguilar's reign as Miss New Mexico USA ended in December, 2008.

Adrian Grenier had nothing to say to a group of paps outside a photo studio, because he let his shirt -- described by their website as a "fashion brand for intellectual slackers" -- say it all. Nothing at all.
Also in L.A: Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson did their business on the hood of a car, Topher Grace turned one pap against the rest, Dane Cook explained how intimate he and Katherine Heigl have become and Seth MacFarlane admitted his fear of editing.

Just minutes after being crowned the new Miss Universe, Zuleyka Mendoza Rivera of Puerto Rico, fainted on stage. A Colombian television station caught the action on camera.
Citing a dress made entirely of metal chains and the hot lights of the auditorium as a reason for the collapse, a pageant spokeswoman said she was given liquids and quickly recovered.
When asked by Colombian press waiting for Rivera in her hotel lobby how she was feeling she smiled and said, "Hola! Un beso para Colombia!"
The 18 year-old beat out 85 other contestants from around the world for the crown.
