Jessica Simpson -- Coyote Took My Doggy
The dog Nick Lachey gave Jessica Simpson as a sign of their once undying love may have met a violent and tragic demise.
Daisy, Jessica's beloved "carmel colored" Malti-Poo, was snatched right in front of her eyes by a coyote last night.
Jessica has posted a missing dog sign on her Twitter page along with the following message: 
My heart is broken because a coyote took my precious Daisy right in front of our eyes. HORROR! We are searching. Hoping. Please help!
It doesn't look good....

This lady thought Nick's chauffeur was the big star outside of LAX -- and even laid a wet one on the guy. Guess this is why Nick's people don't target him to the women over 40 category.

Although they may have fallen off the radar, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have not fallen out of love.
The infrequently gainfully employed couple took time out from vacationing and hosting whatever TV shows they host, to lunch in Hollywood on Wednesday.

ABC commentator Jeff Van Gundy was all about pop culture at the Lakers game last night. Pop, as in your very old father.
Jeff, it's Lachey -- not "Latchee." And he was dating Vanessa Minnillo, not Alyssa Milano. 
BTW, Vanessa was at the game last night -- sans Nick. It's been almost two months since we've seen the vacation-happy couple together. Maybe he is dating Alyssa by now.

Villa was boy band central last night -- with JC and Lance from *NSYNC and the Brothers Lachey from 98° all in the house to celebrate Joey Fatone's 31st birthday. Cue the dance-off!
The boys talked asteroids, in one of TMZ's finest interviewing moments. Nicollette Sheridan and Steve Martin were caught -- not together -- dodging paps on Robertson Blvd., while Forest Whitaker did some shopping at Fred Segal. In NY: Lindsay Lohan had a late dinner at Cipriani, and Sienna Miller chowed down at the Waverly Inn with boyfriend Rhys Ifans.

Since the pregnancy rumors hit the scene, Jessica Alba has been MIA. But TMZ caught the diva over the weekend as she went to the gym. Alba wasn't in the mood to be photographed. Maybe the morning sickness just kicked in! Also in L.A., Jenna Jameson showed us her wasted face.
In New York, Nick Lachey actually did some wage-earning work for his new show, "Clash of the Choirs," and Whitney Port from "The Hills" told us at a Clinique Happy event at Bloomie's that she wants to go somewhere warm for Christmas. Uh, doesn't she live in L.A.?

Nicky Hilton scored in Las Vegas over the weekend -- at the poker table!
Spyonvegas.com, captured the blow-by-blow, as Nicky took down each player -- one at a time -- at the celebrity poker tournament at Luxor. Several of Jeff Beacher's Madhouse Oompa Loompas were there to cheer her on, along with her poker-powerhouse boyfriend David Katzenberg.
Hilton, who co-owns "Company" in Vegas along with Nick Lachey and Wilmer Valderrama, partied with them afterward in a big way.

Minnillo's Double Dinner Dates
Before Vanessa Minnillo met up with Nick Lachey for a fancy pants dinner last night -- she got a pre-game meal with ... wait for it ... another man!! *dan dan dah!*
TMZ cameras caught 'Nessa leaving El Torito in Beverly Hills early last night, with Minnillo driving herself and a handsome, square-jawed buddy away from the restaurant in her sleek BMW. Just a short time later, Minnillo was then spotted at Koi with her actual boyfriend. Nick was the perfect gentleman on their dinner date, opening his girl's door for her and holding her hand as they walked into the sushi joint.
After making a very public entrance, they tried to sneak out by leaving through a side door, and hopping into their SUV -- no valet for these two!

Timbaland's top troubadour Justin Timberlake retreated to his (new) New York restaurant Southern Hospitality after his concert last night in nearby New Jersey. The future head chef was without smokin' hot ladylove Jessica Biel, who's been learning how to get all stripperific for her upcoming movie "Powder Blue."
Butter was -- as ever -- Monday night's hotspot as Oscar winner-turned-flopmeister Cuba Gooding Jr. showed up just in time to give a flower peddler the last of his greenbacks from "Jerry Maguire." Also at Butter we found Nick Lachey with his va-va-voyeuriste Vanessa Minnillo, songboy James Blunt and a hat-obscured P. Diddy.
