Michael Jackson had a huge medical scare during his molestation trial -- and according to one friend, a completely freaked out MJ nearly died of dehydration.
Dick Gregory, Jackson's longtime buddy, was on "Nancy Grace" last night, saying he checked in on Michael after getting calls from his parents -- only to find Jacko frantic, crying and saying "They're trying to kill me ... they'll poison me!"
According to Gregory, Jackson was just extremely dehydrated -- and a doc at the hospital he was taken to said if they'd waited 12 more hours for treatment, he would have died.
Michael was on an IV for 12 hours and then released.

In the ongoing battle between the Hogans and the Grazianos to appear more sympathetic, the Graziano family has scored a knockout blow with some actual reality television.
Last night, Nancy Grace aired exclusive home video of John Graziano -- the victim in all this, lest we forget -- and what it's like for him in his day-to-day life.
Prison doesn't seem so bad now, does it Nick?

Bumptious TV griller Nancy Grace can't get her Britneys straight! During Grace's kvetchfest on CNN's Headline News, she implied (her rep says jokingly) that Britney showed up at Van Nuys Jail on Monday while wearing a pink wig and carrying her little dog. Not true! Cameras caught Britney arriving at the jail wearing her brunette weave!

For someone whose job is getting the truth out of people, Nancy Grace sure managed to keep two huge announcements quiet for a long time!
The CNN anchor, 48, says she was secretly married back in April, and is now three-months pregnant -- with twins. Grace told the NY Post 's Michael Starr that she originally had no plans to marry, but that she and David Linch, a banker from Atlanta, got hitched after a "spur-of-the-moment decision." Seems like "sperm of the moment" to us!
As for the pending infants, Grace says that she's due in January, but tells the Post that she had thought "'mother' and 'wife' was just not part of God's plan for me." Grace plans to officially announce all the good news on her CNN show tonight.

Impressionists have long been lampooning public figures like presidents, rock stars and actors. But it seems the latest target of flattery (isn't that what they say imitation is the sincerest form of?) is none other than Nancy Grace.
The acerbic talk show host and former prosecutor has been parodied on three different shows in just the past two weeks alone.
On Monday night's "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip," the biggest sketch of the night on the fictional show within a show was a Nancy Grace sketch in which Grace tried to get to the bottom of a shocking story ... about a college girl who lost her cell phone.
"Saturday Night Live" took a swipe at Grace in their October 7 show with a "Nancy Grace Show" sketch in which Grace probed deeper into the Mark Foley scandal -- while also trying to figure out who moved her chair.
