Naomi Campbell is in a war over her smell -- the supermodel is accused of stiffing the people who claim they got her a perfume deal.
In a lawsuit filed in Manhattan, Campbell's former management company, Moodform Mission, claims in 2008, the model suddenly stopped paying them their cut of the profits from Naomi's body fragrance lines.
But Campbell's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ the whole thing is "ridiculous and absurd."
Singer continues, "The lawsuit is nothing more than a preemptive strike since Moodform knows that my client has substantial claims against Moodform and their principals for millions of dollars for breaching their fiduciary duties among other acts of misconduct."
No word on how much moolah Moodform is lookin' to rake in.

There is actually someone crazier than Naomi Campbell -- whoever handed her this baby to hold!
The superloon stopped by a maternity hospital in Nigeria on Sunday.
Thankfully -- unlike assistants, maids or police officers -- Naomi has not been known to assault children.

Naomi Campbell just fessed up to going all, well, Naomi Campbell on a pair of police officers.
The supermodel pleaded guilty to four charges in a west London court today, including two of assaulting the po-po and one "public order offense." Her rep said that Campbell admitted in court that the incident was "regrettable."
Campbell freaked out in first class on a plane when she thought her baggage had been lost.
A judge sentenced her to 200 hours of community service, in addition to a nearly $5000 fine, she was ordered to pay $400 to each of the officers she attacked and $300 to the pilot of plane.

The superthrottler will face five charges -- three counts of assaulting a constable, one count of disorderly conduct and one count of using threatening words -- stemming from the incident. The assault charges could mean up to six months in the slammer.
Her UK lawyer says she's "bitterly disappointed" at being charged --
quick, hide the Blackberries -- but respects the court's decision. She'll be back on June 20 to appear in west London magistrates' court.

Glamazon Naomi Campbell celebrated her 38th b-day Wednesday by getting into some ridiculous drama!
So when Naomi -- who had been partying on her boat with convicted felon and known con man Christopher Rocancourt (who has admitted to bilking investors out of millions of dollars) -- showed to party on Diddy's yacht in Cannes, the s**t hit the fan!
Sources say the poster child for anger management got into a mayjah confrontation with Diddy -- and he threw a sobbing Naomi off the boat. Happy birthday to you!

Naomi Campbell lit up a cigarette and nonchalantly puffed away while dining at New York restaurant Nello last night.
For the record, smoking has been banned in NYC restaurants since 2003. Also for the record, we wouldn't risk a beatdown by asking Naomi to put out her cigarette either.

Supermodel Naomi Campbell has just been released from the hospital in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where she underwent surgery early this week to remove a small cyst. Local media is reporting she left by helicopter to an undisclosed location to avoid the paparazzi.
