Lamar's Prenup -- The Balls In His Court

Lamar OdomWe've learned Lamar Odom has already met with his lawyer to hash out a prenup before making his wedding to Khloe Kardashian official.

We've learned Odom went to the Beverly Hills law office of divorce-guru Neal Hersh last Friday to hash out the terms. Hersh won't return our call, but Odom's people tell us "Lamar has a set of balls" -- translation, he's not giving Khloe half of anything.

We're told Lamar wants to make sure the money and other assets he brings into the marriage are solely his. Beyond that, we're told Lamar ain't giving Khloe half of his earnings going forward.

How will it play with Khloe?

Why Denise Went Public

Neal Hersh, the lawyer for Denise Richards, responded to criticism that his client went public with stunning allegations against her estranged husband, Charlie Sheen.

Richards alleged in court papers that Sheen frequented internet porn sites, threatened her life, and used a madame to procure prostitutes.

Alec Baldwin -- Vexatious Litigant?

Kim Basinger wants a Los Angeles judge to contain Alec Baldwin.

In legal papers filed Wednesday, Basinger's lawyer, Neal Hersh, asks that Baldwin be declared a "Vexatious Litigant." If the judge grants the request, Baldwin would have to seek the court's permission before filing any legal papers in his ongoing custody war with his ex-wife.

In the papers, Hersh argues that Baldwin has filed a flurry of legal papers that contain "fabricated renditions of the events and circumstances that have transpired between the parties for the sole purpose of keeping the respondent's name (Baldwin) in the public limelight...."
