Michael Jackson's former manager just filed a huge creditor's claim against the estate ... and it's mostly over the sale of Neverland Ranch in 2008.
In the documents, filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior Court, Dr. Tohme says he was promised a certain fee from Michael if he could locate a company to save Neverland Ranch from foreclosure last year.
Dr. Tohme claims he's the one who brought Colony Capital LLC to the table -- the company T says forked over $23 million to save Neverland. Dr. Tohme wants his cut of the deal -- which he claims is approximately $2.3 million.
In July of 2008, Dr. Tohme also says Michael promised him 15% of the singer's "gross compensation within the entertainment industry" -- but T has no clue how much he's owed for this one.
The doc wants in excess of $2.3 million.

A British law firm is the latest to file a creditor's claim against Michael Jackson's estate, and it involves the "sale of Neverland."
There had been rumors Jackson put the ranch up for sale, but they were never confirmed. Now the law firm of Atkins Thomson Solicitors in London is asking for $209,204.36.
The services the firm claims to have performed involved "General discussions re Michael Jackson, personal and professional situation dealing with Colony Capital, Tohme Tohme, Frank Dileo, and Others, Work in Relation to the Sale of Neverland."
The firm also claims to have done work with Jackson's U.S. lawyers and AEG. The firm also did legal work for the London concerts.

Efforts to turn Neverland Ranch into a tourist attraction just took one giant step backwards.

We've learned Paul Fuhrman -- the senior vice president of Colony Capital -- filed paperwork on Wednesday asking the U.S. Patent Office to forget about the Neverland trademark applications his company filed last month. The request was granted that day.
Colony had filed the trademark applications in case Neverland was turned into a Graceland-esque tourist attraction for Jackson fans.
Doesn't look like that's going to happen any time soon.

The company that owns Neverland Ranch hasn't gotten permission to turn Michael Jackson's old stomping grounds into a tourist attraction -- but they just filed a bunch of trademarks with the U.S. Patent Office just in case they do.

We just got our hands on trademark applications filed by the Sycamore Valley Ranch Company -- a company started by Colony Capital and Michael Jackson -- who is attempting to lock down the following names to use with the property: Neverland Ranch, Neverland Valley, Neverland Valley Ranch, and Neverland.
Sycamore also filed paperwork requesting to use the four Neverland names on several products and services including:
1) "Museum services - namely opening a museum in Michael Jackson's former home and providing tours ... providing theme park services."
2) Printed material (post cards, greeting cards, bags, non-fiction books about Michael Jackson, etc.)
3) Games and playthings (toys, dolls, roller skates, toy rockets, board games, playing cards, etc.)
4) For "providing facilities for business meetings and conferences ... retail and online retail store services ... mail order catalog services in the field of novelty, gift, and souvenir items"
5) Clothing, footwear, headgear
But don't get too excited yet -- we spoke with several members of the Jackson family who claim they were never asked permission by SVRC. In fact, Joe Jackson made it very clear, "Colony Capital cannot do this without our permission."

One of Michael Jackson's former housekeepers told law enforcement the singer was often in such bad shape from drugs, his eyes would roll back in his head.
We've obtained documents from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff Department's 1993 investigation into allegations of child molestation. Kristina Fournier told deputies back then ... she saw syringes while she was employed at Neverland. Deputies asked her if she ever saw Jackson inject himself with a hypodermic needle -- she said no.
Fournier told deputies she was aware Jackson was under the influence of drugs and "under a doctor's care." Fournier said she saw doctors "come and go" at Neverland.
And Fournier said, on the subject of Jackson's drug addiction, "I think he had good periods and bad periods, and when he had a bad period, he had a bad period. Then he would get off (referring to drugs) and then it would start again."
Fournier said it was "well-known" among the Neverland staff that Jackson had a drug problem -- "Yes, and people would say, his eyes were rolling in the back of his head and he wouldn't know what he was talking about."

The Santa Barbara County Sheriff's deputies who raided Michael Jackson's home in 2003 at Neverland Ranch had their hands full -- the place was a mess.

All these photos were taken inside the house, as deputies faced the daunting task of sifting through all of MJ's stuff.
By the way, most of the evidence involving drugs was never admitted at trial, because authorities felt it was not relevant to the molestation charge. Most of this evidence hasn't surfaced until we combed through tens of thousands of documents and photos.

Santa Barbara County Sheriff's deputies who raided Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch back in 2003 found a syringe, powerful narcotics, vials and IV bags containing what could be anesthesia.

We've obtained documents that were part of the Sheriff's Department's investigation detailing what was found in the search. Among the items ...
-- A vial of Versed -- a powerful sedative
-- Several IV bags containing "a milky white fluid, located in a small cardboard box on top of the bathtub." Propofol and other anesthesias are milky white. As we first reported, Propofol was in Jackson's home the day he died.
-- A vial of Promethazine -- an antihistamine with strong sedative effects
-- A bottle of Alprazolam (generic for Xanax, a powerful anti-anxiety drug)
-- A bottle of Percocet -- a painkiller
-- A syringe
-- A vial with Demerol in it
-- Numerous loose pills outside bottles
-- A bottle of Prednisone -- a steroid
-- Ery-tab -- an antibiotic
-- Prescriptions for Xanax that had been filled
-- A prescription for Alprazolam
-- Oxygen tanks
-- IV stands

Michael Jackson went to a variety of doctors to get strong narcotics and used multiple aliases (including the names of several employees), this according to notes compiled during the Santa Barbara County Sheriff's investigation back in 2004.

Sheriff's detectives interviewed Chris Carter, who worked as Jackson's bodyguard prior to the Sheriff's raid of Jackson's home in 2003. According to Sheriff's Department notes obtained by TMZ, Carter said he would get Xanax prescriptions for Jackson under various fictitious names. Carter told detectives that Jackson would even use his name and the names of other employees to score prescriptions.
In addition to using his name, Carter said Jackson would use the names of Frank Tyson (a Jackson employee who was a prominent figure in the molestation trial, having had numerous contacts with the accuser's family), Jesus Salas (Ranch manager) and Joe Marcus (another Jackson employee) to get prescriptions.
Various pill bottles were found at Jackson's Neverland Ranch. One bottle of Alprazolam (generic for Xanax) was prescribed for Frank Tyson by Dr. Arnold Klein. A bottle of Prednisone found at the Ranch was also prescribed by Dr. Klein in the name of Peter Midani.
A bottle of Percocet, a narcotic painkiller, was found with the name Michael Armstrong, prescribed by Dr. Gerald Labiner.
A bottle of ERY-TAB, an antibiotic, was found with the name "M,M." The prescribing doctor was Dr. Carey Logan from Las Vegas.
A prescription receipt from a pharmacy was found for Alprazolam (generic Xanax) and written for Frank Tyson by Dr. William VanValin. Another receipt from Dr. VanValin was for written for Xanax in the name of Manuel Rivera.

A helicopter landed at Neverland Ranch just a short while ago -- and another just hovered -- but Michael Jackson's body wasn't in either of them.
Here's what we do know: it was part of some kind of interview about the ownership of Neverland, done by a media outlet that will air tomorrow. They requested to use Neverland as the backdrop and permission was granted.

Everyone's speculating on Michael Jackson's funeral. We know three things for sure.
-- it won't be until next week
-- it will not be at Neverland
-- it will be in the L.A. area, and the Staples Center is an option but it hasn't been decided.
Beyond that -- the family still hasn't made its decision.

Far from the lavish zoo/theme park/mansion it once was, Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch is now a barren, forgotten property that was once fit for a King of Pop.

The list of people who stand to make a profit off the death of Michael Jackson is endless -- and now you can add a few local hotels to the mix.
We spoke with the Fess Parker Wine Country Inn in Los Olivos, Calif. -- which is located less than a mile from Neverland Ranch. They tell us that once news hit Jackson's body might be coming to Neverland, they sold out in just 20 minutes! They are booked up solid from Thursday until Saturday.
We talked to two other hotels nearby and they say the same thing -- sold out.
