Nicolas Cage is being sued for going south on a big fat loan.
East West Bank claims it extended Cage a $2 million line of credit in August 2007. The bank claims he agreed to pay $11,590 per month. The bank says he missed his payment in May 2009. He missed June as well, they claim.
And July. And August. And September.
The bank is now invoking its right to call the entire balance due, stat.

Nicolas Cage's 24,000 sq. ft., 12 bedroom, 10 bath mansion that sits on a whopping 26 acres of land in Newport, RI was just put on the market for $15.9 million, according to the Newport Daily News. Last month, Nic's massive Bel-Air Tudor home in California was up for grabs for nearly $30 million.
If you can't cut it as an actor ... be an actor's real estate broker.
TMZ obtained video of Nicolas Cage's 17-year-old son completely dominating his school wrestling match.
Weston Coppola Cage is Nic's goth son with former girlfriend Christina Fulton, who was filming the match with a paparazzi grade camera.

The creepy guy who walked right into Nicolas Cage's Newport Beach house, dropped trou (and everything else), and put on Nic's leather jacket -- plead guilty to stalking -- ya think? -- and is going to have to do six months of rehab.
As TMZ first reported, Robert Dennis Furo, Jr., was arrested on Oct. 1 when Cage found crazazy Robbie wandering around in his house. Yesterday, Furo was ordered to do six months of rehab and to stay 100 yards from the Cage family, and have no direct or indirect contact with the star.
Two other charges, including burglary, were dropped as part of his plea, and naked guy was given credit for time served. Now stay out!

Nicolas Cage may be too preoccupied with box-office receipts to worry about a little ol' housing slump! The L.A. Times is hailing the nepostar as a "savvy investor." But that statement is a little premature, and not quite the case.
The reality is: Cage purchased his Bel-Air mansion in 1998 for $7 million and in 2006 decided to put the hideaway on the market for a whopping $35 mil. The move would have given Nic a sweet profit -- if only the place had actually sold! After a year on the market (without lowering the price), the mansion remained without a buyer. Cage finally decided to take the house off the market. That move was the only savvy part about this situation!
Movie stars may not have been affected by the slump, but the rest of the nation has! Reality check, please!

A sequel to the follicularly-challenged duo's 1997 hit "Face/Off," has been rendered impossible -- due to skyrocketing budget concerns regarding wigs.
Hair today, gone tomorrow.

Nicolas Cage was spotted outside TMZ's headquarters on Friday, but he wasn't all that excited about being in such proximity -- attacking our photog after he approached!
After being asked about his creepy naked stalker, Cage lost it. After saying, "I'm a nice guy, this guy's invading my privacy," Nic grabbed the photographer's camera, twisted his arm, then grabbed the tape, ripped it and threw it in the trash! Nice guy indeed!
He was having a bad hair day, but c'mon!

A version of the souped-up Ford Mustang that Nicolas Cage stole in "Gone in 60 Seconds" was knocked off from the original "Gone" flick and is being marketed and sold unlawfully, a new suit alleges.
TMZ has obtained a suit filed by Denise Halicki, the daughter of Toby Halicki, Hollywood's so-called "Car Crash King," against Carroll Shelby, the legendary auto designer and driver. Halicki claims that a Mustang that Shelby helped design and market with Ford, based on the 2000 movie, is a full knock-off of "Eleanor," the car from the original "Gone," made by her father in 1974.
Halicki alleges that Shelby and his companies knew that they "did not have the right to copy or clone Eleanor" from the original movie. What's more, she says that Shelby's marketing and selling of a version of the Mustang is a "blatant theft" of Halicki's creation.
A call to Shelby Licensing, which is named in the suit, was not returned.

Imagine waking up to find a strange man roaming around your home. Nicolas Cage just lived the nightmare.
TMZ has learned Robert Furo was arrested at Cage's crib in Newport Beach at 2:00 AM yesterday morning, after the actor woke up and found the guy wandering inside his digs. Sources tell us when Cage confronted the guy, he realized that the jacket Furo was wearing was actually his. Even better, the dude was NAKED. Creepy!

Nicolas Cage, 43, is horrifyingly addicted to tight black leather, or he's just paying an unwelcome revisit to his biker character from "Ghost Rider."
The latest stop on his horrible-haired tour landed him in London, where the "actor" was snapped in SoHo wearing an Iron Cross emblazoned leather jacket, with shiny pants and boots to match ... for a business meeting.
Nic emerged from the Sony Pictures offices at 2:00 AM and hopped on his motorcycle in his limo.

Nicolas Cage looks a little uncomfortable and in need of, um, adjustment on a house-hunting trip this weekend. Could it be those skin-tight leather pants he's wearing?
The "World Trade Center" star channeled his alter ego from "Wild at Heart," or perhaps his personal hero, Elvis Presley. Cage tooled around looking for new digs in this fiercely monochromatic outfit, with a white Porsche and that Goth-tacular black hairdo.
At least the dark 'do is a bit more under control from the last time we saw Nic out and about.
