OJ Gives People Heart Attacks -- Allegedly

O.J. SimpsonOne of the guys who was allegedly held at gunpoint when OJ Simpson tried getting his stuff back is now suing the jailed killer, claiming he suffered multiple heart attacks as a result of the robbery and that Simpson is responsible.

Bruce Fromong filed the personal injury lawsuit in Las Vegas. Fromong is a memorabilia dealer who had some of Simpson's stuff in a Las Vegas hotel room when OJ came a callin'.

Fromong claims as a result of Simpson's violent rampage, he suffered "great bodily injury." Fromong's lawyer tells us the "great bodily injury" is several heart attacks. He's suing for infliction of emotional distress, negligence as well as assault and battery.

Fromong is suing for unspecified compensatory and punitive damages. OJ's assets are sketchy, but we're told Fromong is banking on Simpson's homeowners policy paying the damages.

By the way, we called Simpson a killer because a civil jury found he slaughtered Ron Goldman and Nicole Brown Simpson. We also called him a killer because he's a killer.

Juice Wants to Get Loose -- Appeals Conviction

O.j SimpsonO.J. Simpson still thinks he's innocent -- 'cause the murdering murderer-slash-armed robber is playin' the race card in the hopes of springing himself from the bowels of a Nevada state prison.

Simpson filed an appeal Tuesday with the Nevada Supreme Court over that hotel room confrontation where he punked two sports memorabilia dealers. Simpson is crying that his conviction was tainted by judicial misconduct, a lack of racial diversity on the jury and errors in sentencing and jury instructions.

OJ is set to serve anywhere between 9 -33 years -- no word if he's still trying to hunt down the "real killer" from behind bars.

Hogan -- I Followed Christ, Not O.J.

Whether or not he was "taken out of context" like he suggests, Hulk Hogan has to understand something -- saying you could have "done an O.J." on your ex-wife is never a good idea.

Michael Vick -- My Doggone Life

It looks like former Atlanta Falcons QB and current dog-killing inmate Michael Vick is following in O.J. Simpson's footsteps -- he's shopping around a book about his life and crimes.

The proposed memoir of Vick's rise from poverty to stardom would likely be an attempt to show the NFL that he's sorry enough to be let back in the league. You know, sorry about the dogs, dog fighting and dog imprisonment, but also sorry for going to jail for 23 months. Remember, this is the NFL... it's almost impossible to get suspended forever. They still like O.J. and he killed his wife got imprisoned for stealing memorabilia.

The book will likely be a mixture of the "Da Vinci Code" and O.J.'s "If I Did It." Except with more dog torture. And 100% ghostwritten.

Fred Goldman Wants to Drain Juice from Dealer

Fred Goldman isn't finished with O.J. yet -- well, O.J.'s stuff, to be exact.

Goldman's lawyers are filing an action against Mike Gilbert -- the memorabilia dealer who claims O.J. confessed to killing Ron and Nicole -- asking a judge to force Mike to give Fred everything he has that's Juice-related.

A letter to Gilbert's lawyers says the dealer promised to give Goldman the property during an appearance on the "Dr. Phil Show", but he never did.

Goldman is also filling a temporary restraining order against Gilbert -- a hearing is set for Dec. 12.

Plenty o' Juice -- O.J. Raked in $1.2 Mil from 2003-05!

Apparently, being found liable for the deaths of two people and making millions aren't mutually exclusive: O.J. Simpson made nearly $400,000 in income from his NFL pensions every year from 2003 to 2005, for a total of $1.2 million, and even earned $50,000 from what he calls "appearances," according to tax returns released to the father of Simpson victim Ron Goldman -- and obtained by TMZ.
OJ Simpson
Fred Goldman's lawyer, David Cook, tells TMZ that what he's really interested in is the $772,090 in "personal property" that O.J. claims on his 2005 return, because the pensions are exempt from the $33.5 million judgment that Fred won in 1997 -- and which they've been trying to collect ever since. Cook says he's not sure what the "personal property" consists of, but says he'll be going after it.

O.J. Simpson's Scandal -- In the Stars?

O.J., O.J., O.J. -- for the last two weeks he's been at it again. TMZ's astrosexologist Kiki T., author of "The Celestial Sexpot's Handbook," assessed O.J. Simpson's astrological situation. Is the former football star fated for trouble?

Simpson, whose birthday is July 9, 1947, is a Cancer. "Simpson is a Cancer sun, Leo rising and Pisces moon -- meaning he is an emotional basket case who lives at extremes," says Kiki. That means The Juice, "can be totally charismatic, feeling out his audience to play up and give them exactly what they want."

There's a dark side, though, too. "When you live to people please too much, you obviously become a ticking time bomb. I'm not surprised to find that the recent new moon eclipse in Virgo in his house of identity made him explode once more," says Kiki.

FOX News caught the Juice arriving at Las Vegas airport, and the camera somehow got on his plane, filming him as he prepared to deplane. Make sure your masks and firearms are stored safely in the the overhead bins!

Media swarmed him at Fort Lauderdale Airport as well, and though everyone was asking him questions, Simpson unfortunately kept his mouth shut, for once.

Goldman Wants O.J.'s Trinkets, As Seen on TMZ

Fred Goldman's attorney was in a Los Angeles court today, filing a motion to request a number of items believed to belong to O.J. Simpson -- including a Rolex they saw in a photo on TMZ.

Cook is also after money Simpson may have received from his involvement in the video game "All Pro Football 2K8."

Cook even comments on how O.J.'s arrest has helped the Goldmans.
