JLo Sues Ex-Husband Over Tell-All Movie

Jennifer Lopez has unleashed a legal nightmare on her ex-husband -- filing a multi-million dollar lawsuit against Ojani Noa over a tell-all movie and intimate home videos.

In the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, JLo claims Ojani is planning to release a movie called "How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The JLo and Ojani Noa Story" -- which Lopez claims is a direct violation of a confidentiality agreement they signed a few years back.

Lopez also claims Noa intends to market "11+ hours of previously unseen home video footage of Jennifer Lopez and Ojani Noa " -- which Lopez claims is also in violation of their agreement. Lopez was told the footage depicted her "in a revealing lack of clothing, and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel room from [her and Noa's] honeymoon."

In the documents, Lopez's attorney claims he got a letter from a producer working with Noa -- who stated that he had "entered into a contractual agreement" with TMZ for the "exclusive rights to the ... home movies." The producer's claims are patently false -- there was never any such agreement.

Lopez is suing Noa for breach of contract and invading her privacy -- and she wants no less than $10,000,000. Lopez also wants a judge to order Noa to stop any plans to move forward with the movie or release the footage.

FYI -- Lopez and Noa were married for less than a year between '97-'98.

Briefcase Babe Reheating J. Lo's Leftovers?

Before Marc Anthony, Ben Affleck, Diddy and Cris Judd, J.Lo was married to a guy named Ojani Noa -- and he was out last night with "Deal or No Deal's" lucky number #13, Leyla Milani.

He only had good things to say about his ex ... possibly because a judge ordered him to! In 2005, Noa agreed to a settlement banning him, in any way, from criticizing or casting La Lopez in a negative light.

J.Lo Tell-All Book Halted

Jennifer LopezEx-husband of Latin superstar Jennifer Lopez, Ojani Noa has agreed to a preliminary injunction to stop him from publishing (what Lopez describes as) a "negative, denigrating and disparaging" tell-all book about the multi-talented actress until the matter goes to court.

Ojani's announcement prompted the cancellation of today's scheduled court hearing about the matter.

Lopez had filed a suit against Ojani in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claiming among other things, Noa demanded $5 million from Lopez to keep him from selling the tell-all book.

The injunction states that Noa may not disclose for financial gain "any private or intimate details about Lopez or Noa's relationship with her." He is also directed not to sell or disseminate a manuscript of the book and to retrieve any book materials and copies from anyone who may have possession of them.

This is just one thing in a long list of Noa related problems.

Last October, Noa and Lopez settled a lawsuit he brought against her, alleging Lopez fired him as manager of her restaurant Madre's illegally.

According to her lawsuit, Noa also tried selling video to the National Enquirer of Lopez getting ready on their wedding day and honeymoon and of her in a bikini "showing her posterior".

Jennifer Lopez filed suit Monday in Los Angeles County Superior Court against her ex-husband Ojani Noa, claiming, among other things, Noa has demanded $5 million from Lopez to keep him from selling a tell-all book about the star.

The lawsuit states that Noa sent a letter to Lopez's attorney dated January 13, 2005 in which Noa "declared his intention to continue to shop his proposed Book and to obtain a publisher for the Book."

According to the court documents, the letter said, "OK, let's face it we can negociate [sic] something, but I'm not stopping my life because of her, I already did many times, and is [sic] not gonna happen again, she may want me to stay quite [sic], and not talk about her it [sic] all in the Book, I'll be more happy to do do, if we can come to an agreement..."
