Oprah Winfrey has finally decided alleged woman-abuser BeBe Winans isn't welcome on her show anymore -- at least for now -- after the famous gospel singer's ex-wife raised hell and implied Oprah was a moral hypocrite.
It's all because Oprah took a hard moral stance on Chris Brown, refusing to have the singer on her show after Chris beat Rihanna.
But last Friday, when O allowed BeBe onto the show, the woman he's accused of attacking told TMZ she was "hurt' by Oprah's decision because their case is still pending. Now, it seems Oprah got the message.
TMZ spoke with a rep from Oprah's show, who told us "BeBe will not be appearing on the 'Oprah' show until his legal matters are resolved in court."
Winans was charged with domestic assault last winter, he's due back in court in January.

Oprah Winfrey was blindsided on the set of a live TV newscast yesterday -- when a local Dallas newsman suddenly blasted Queen O with a super-awkward question, "Would you like to take this opportunity to apologize to America for introducing us to Dr. Phil?"
Oprah squirmed a bit, but she was saved when the anchor got even more awkward -- asking O if she wanted to "touch my hair."

The wait is over ... media icon and weight loss guru Oprah Winfrey just announced her latest breakthrough diet -- corn dogs smothered in mustard.
Oprah and BFF Gayle King took a road trip to the Texas State Fair in Dallas yesterday to tape a special show -- which will air later this fall -- and based on the pictures we got of Oprah in a cowboy hat chowing down on a corn dog, she completely gave up on the traditional low-fat approach to dieting -- at least temporarily.
Our fair source claims Oprah also had herself a little of the fair's famous deep fried butter. No joke ... but so far, no confirmation on the battered butter from O's peeps.
Still, that's the kind of diet we can wrap our arms around.
UPDATE: It's confirmed -- Oprah ate the fried butter! In fact, she called it "the best treat of the fair."

Many people go out of their way to join the Mile High Club -- but a woman who used to work for Oprah Winfrey claims allegations that she got it on in the air got her fired from her job.
According to a lawsuit filed yesterday, Corrine Gehrls was a flight attendant on Oprah's private jet -- at least until July. She claims two other flight attendants -- one of whom is the daughter of Gayle King -- conspired to lie to Oprah about Gehrls having "inappropriate intimate behavior" aboard a flight.
Gehrls claims she was fired, along with the guy involved in the alleged act -- who happened to be the Chief Pilot at the time.
Gehrls is suing Harpo, Oprah's company, along with the two flight attendants she claims lied about her. She's asking for damages in excess of $75,000.

Mackenzie Phillips' half-sister claims their father never made sexual advances towards her -- even though Mack supposedly had an incestuous 10-year relationship with the guy.
Chynna defended her sister today on Oprah -- where she said she absolutely believes the "hideous" allegations Mackenzie made about their dad, Mamas and the Papas singer John Phillips.

Mackenzie Phillips went public with an incestuous relationship with her father today on "Oprah" -- and says the reason the affair finally ended was because she became pregnant ... and didn't know if her father was the father.
Phillips claims she was raped by her dad, Mamas & the Papas singer John Phillips, while she was 19 -- and the relationship continued for 10 years. The "One Day at a Time" actress says she later became pregnant -- but wasn't sure if John or her then-husband Shane Fontayne was the baby-daddy.
According to Phillips, her father paid for the abortion -- and then she "never let him touch me again."

Instead of Mariah Carey figuratively holding up Nick Cannon, it was Nick literally valiantly holding up Mariah on the set of "The Oprah Winfrey Show" yesterday.
Nice to see Nick doing some of the heavy lifting.

In this town, naked tapes aren't exactly career killers -- but when Erin Andrews' Peeping Tom footage leaked online, she says all she could do was call her parents and scream "I'm done, my career is over!"
The exploited ESPN sportscaster -- who was filmed naked in her hotel room without her knowledge -- did her first and only interview about the incident today with Oprah. She says she's now "paranoid" and constantly feels like she's being filmed.
Andrews also told O that the visit to Chicago was the first time since the incident she'd been solo in a hotel room.

Oprah may appear to be all-powerful -- but according to Reverend Jeremiah Wright, she doesn't have as much pull as we thought.
Barack Obama's former pastor was in D.C. yesterday, where he went on the Oprah offensive, saying she's only "an entertainer, not a politician" who doesn't "care" about social policy and can't help the poor at a structural level.
His words are rough -- but does he have a point?

Oprah Winfrey and her pal Dr. Oz are looking to kick a little ass over an Internet colon cleansing scheme.
The two daytime superstars have teamed up to fire off a lawsuit over a bunch of allegedly BS web ads for things like "Colon Pro Cleanse, Power Colon Cleanse, Colon Max [sic]" -- ads that feature Oprah and Oz's image, names and voices.
According to the suit, filed yesterday in NY Federal court, Oz and Op claim the company behind the ads are cashing in "on the false premise that [the products] have been tested or recommended by Miss Winfrey and/or Dr. Oz when they have not."
The O Squad also claims the colon offers usually "turn out to be credit card scams or other fraudulent schemes."
Oprah and Oz are suing the company for an unspecified amount of cash -- though the number is gonna be huge. They're also asking the judge to force the colon people to flush their ads down the drain ASAP.

Oprah Winfrey let her partner of over 23 years, Stedman Graham, out for a bike ride around her Hawaii home on Wednesday.
Although they were engaged in 1992, Oprah has yet to make an honest man out of Stedman.

Oprah is setting the record straight on her locks -- she's weave free. Apparently this is a hot topic for O worshipers, so she addressed it on her show yesterday by releasing a picture of her natural hair -- before it's straightened.
The picture may explain her non-weave, but where the hell did her eyelashes go?
