Mo' money mo' problems for Puff Daddy.
Records show the rap mogul's popular soul food eatery in Atlanta, Justin's Restaurant, owes $7,373 in back taxes -- this according to The Detroit News.
Diddy's reps claim it was all just a misunderstanding and say the government was sending notices to the restaurant's headquarters office in NYC -- which closed over ten years ago.
Bottom line -- Diddy says the check's in the mail.

Chris Brown had a blast on a jet ski Thursday in Miami, where he's spending time with Rihanna -- the woman he allegedly beat just weeks earlier.
Chris -- who looks like he's recreating the wind up leading to the punch that left Rihanna bloodied and bruised -- doesn't seem to have a care in the world.
And here's an interesting tidbit: Rihanna is being shadowed by one of Jay Z's beefy bodyguards.

The story just broke on People.com and TMZ has confirmed, the couple has reconciled and they are "together." According to the report, the two are hanging at one of Diddy's homes.
The L.A. County D.A. is expected to get the case from cops soon and then decide whether to charge Brown for the alleged beating earlier this month.

Someone might want to tell P. Diddy those are his twins girls, not boys, and that he should avoid dressing the bow tied tots like male strippers for any more magazine spreads.

A guy got passed-out wasted and plowed into a fleet of super-pricey whips in NYC the other night. Too bad for him, that $400,000 Maybach he hit belonged to Diddy!
Cops tell TMZ they popped jackass Charles Lorenzo for DUI last Friday after he slammed into several cars -- including Diddy's sweet ride -- in front of Manhattan hotspot 1Oak. Diddy's peeps tell us that his car is just fine and that the Maybach that got nicked was someone else's.
Get this -- cops say Lorenzo was so drunk when they showed up, he was ass up, passed out face down on the ground.

Sean "Diddy" Combs is a multi-millionaire mogul who leads a life most can only dream of. So why is he pissed off at a rinky-dink website that sells cufflinks? 
We're told Diddy unleashed his big-time lawyers on a website called Cuff-Daddy.com, a small, family-owned cufflink seller. They fired off a letter telling them that the business' name was way too similar to his. Wait -- didn't he change his name to Diddy years ago?
We hear the business gets its name from the owner of the company -- he's just a proud dad who sells cufflinks.
The owner of the company tells us they are going to post a disclaimer on the site to minimize any confusion about the name. They also say they hope to resolve this with Diddy's lawyers as quickly as possible, and are in no way trading on his name-- they're just trying to run their small business.
Reps for Combs did not return our calls for comment.

So when Naomi -- who had been partying on her boat with convicted felon and known con man Christopher Rocancourt (who has admitted to bilking investors out of millions of dollars) -- showed to party on Diddy's yacht in Cannes, the s**t hit the fan!
Sources say the poster child for anger management got into a mayjah confrontation with Diddy -- and he threw a sobbing Naomi off the boat. Happy birthday to you!

So everyone knows that Diddy is the new $100 mil brand-builder (don't say spokesman!) for Ciroc vodka -- but a source tells TMZ that the folks who make Ciroc are pissed that he's still quaffing 1800 Tequila like water.
Puff stands to make a fortune from his multi-year Ciroc deal, but the man does love his 1800 -- we hear he's been ordering it everywhere from Nobu to Prive, and Ciroc's parent Diageo -- who paid him to pump out the hooch -- isn't happy.
Neither P.'s peeps nor a Diageo rep got back to us with comment.

Sean "P. Diddy" Combs has been asked to present photos of his jewelry for inspection in an assault suit against him. Bring me your bling!
As TMZ first reported, Gerald Rechnitzer alleges that Diddy hit him in the jaw between 2:00 and 2:30 AM on Feb. 25 as he was leaving a post-Oscar party at Teddy's nightclub in Hollywood. According to the lawsuit, Diddy got P'd off when Rechnitzer's girlfriend would not leave with him and his entourage. The suit claims Combs pushed Rechnitzer's girlfriend and spit at another female member of their group.

Rapper/party planner P. Diddy threw his ninth annual "White Party" at his East Hampton home on Sunday. It was white hot!
Mary-Kate Olsen's clone, Ashley, arrived at Diddy's palace wearing a shaggy, cut-and-paste outfit that would have looked better on a Scooby-Doo ghost. Yikes!
TMZ cameras were there as Lil' Kim got off her plane -- ready to party in a hot, chesty white mini-dress. Mariah Carey topped Kim outside the event, as she sucked in her stomach and struck a pose. Troublesome Busta Rhymes showed up in a sleeveless shirt, displaying his well-inked arms.
The after party at club Dune saw a single member from pop flop Danity Kane -- Dawn. Home movie star Tommy Lee forgot to leave his headphones at home, and before he made his way inside, he got hot with a balloon -- hugging it, then boxing it. Once the preoccupied percussionist heard the music thumping inside, he bobbed his way through the door.
