Web Workout

Hammacher SchlemmerGyms suck. You always have to wait for the machine you want, then it smells, and the guys who pose in the mirror all day kinda creep you out. You could buy your own equipment and work out at home, but without guidance, who knows what kind of freaky body you'll create? Fear not.

The folks at Hammacher Schlemmer have found a way for you to work out at home while getting all the personal training you need. Utilizing a 17" LCD screen that connects to the Internet, you can download guidance from a personal trainer. The system shows the weights you should be using, and the correct way to perform up to 120 different exercises! And no sweaty fellow patrons!

Once you've got your routine down, you can start the real fun; you can watch your favorite YouTube videos, check out breaking news on TMZ.com, watch "Lost" or "The Office" on their respective websites -- all while you workout without the neck strain associated with that TV you have mounted on the ceiling.

So pop a Red Bull and get ready to sweat, Dwight Schrute style!
