What?! You think the birthday girl was just gonna miss the half-naked poolside activities!?

After President Bush got his lapful from a hot chick in a bikini, Barbara Bush enjoyed a view of her own, courtesy of speedo-packin' Justin Clynes -- another actor from a local production of "A Chorus Line."
All rise for the First Lady!

Read my lips -- "WTF?!"

Okay, okay ... allow us to explain: The chick using President George H.W. Bush's lap as a seat cushion in this photo is NOT a stripper -- she's a "performer."
In fact, the woman, Katie Cameron, and a bunch of fellow actors from a playhouse production of "A Chorus Line" were invited to the Bushes' private vacation home in Maine yesterday to celebrate Barbara's 84th birthday.
No word on who got to blow out the candles.
P.S. LOVE the socks!!!

Lame duck just got lamer: George Bush isn't letting Barack Obama move into DC ten days early, because his peeps have got to party.

The Obamas had asked the President if they could check in early at Blair House, the official guest residence across from the White House, starting on January 5, because the Obama girls are starting school. But Bush's people rejected the request on the grounds that "receptions and gatherings" are being held there and the house won't be available for them until ten days later.
The official Obama camp have said they're cool with it. Right. Laura Bush's spokeswoman says it's a "non-story."

George W. Bush really could be this dumb: Turns out he may actually have seen "W.", and actually liked it.
So says Josh Brolin, the guy who played the Prez in Oliver Stone's flick. He tells the Chicago Sun-Times, "I understand he's seen the picture, and liked it." Let's review: The film is two hours of Bushie boozing, womanizing, choking dramatically on pretzels, and leaving pretty much the fate of the Western world up to Dick Cheney and Karl Rove, chuckling all the while.
Of course, the official line from the WH is the president has had "much more important things to do than comment on this ridiculous movie."

With 202 days left in office, President Bush showed off his best "O face" yesterday at the White House where he hosted "Tee Ball on the South Lawn" with Little League mascot Dugout.
Honorary Commissioner Roberto Clemente, Jr. (center) was also there. Although his name isn't dirty, he was completely shaved.

While fundraising in Utah for Sen. John McCain yesterday, one of President Bush's helicopters had a little trouble taking off from Treasure Mountain Middle School in Park City, Utah.

Today, the school started an hour late to avoid "anticipated traffic congestion in the area." Education all the way!

Quoting from Islamic, Jewish and Christian texts, rock star Bono called Thursday for the U.S. government to give an additional 1 percent of the federal budget to the world's poor.
Speaking to President Bush and members of Congress at the National Prayer Breakfast, the U2 front man said it's unjust to keep poor people from selling their goods while singing the virtues of the free market, to hold children to ransom for the debts of their grandparents and to withhold medicines that would save lives.
"God will not accept that," he said. "Mine won't. Will yours?"
Bono's speech riveted the ballroom audience that included the president and first lady and leaders from Congress, the Cabinet, the military, the clergy and countries from around the world. At every table, Bono had distributed white plastic bracelets from The ONE Campaign to fight AIDS and poverty, and Sen. Hillary Clinton was among those who wrapped it around her fingers while she listened.

One student wants to marry him, another is calling him "a total tool."
Jeremy Parker is getting a mixed reaction to his asking President Bush if he'd seen "Brokeback Mountain."
The Kansas State University Campus Forum is full of reaction. One student wrote to Parker "you're my hero." Another "thanks" Parker for "embarrassing" their school. And another student wrote "I tried to imagine a bigger waste of space than Jeremy Parker. I got nothing."
Parker told "Inside Edition" that he asked the question because the ones that came before his were "boring" and he wanted to keep the president "on his toes."
