UPDATE: Miley was not in any of the vehicles that were traveling in the caravan. Miley Cyrus' tour bus driver was reportedly killed last night after one of the buses in her 4-vehicle caravan flipped over on a highway in Virginia.
Officials also confirmed the driver of the bus was the only fatality -- one other person was transported to a local hospital due to injury.
Officials are investigating whether the driver died before the crash or after -- which could explain why the bus drifted off the road. Officials also tell us the roads were really wet from overnight rain. A man at the scene says the bus appears to have drifted off the road for a fairly long stretch before tipping over.
A reporter from WTVR.comwas on scene and shot footage of the wreckage.
A rep from Dinwiddie Fire and EMS tells us the bus had been carrying Miley's concert production crew -- there were several passengers on-board.
The survivors of the wreck were able to exit the bus through the front windshield, which was busted out during the crash.
Miley's manager tell us, "It was one of our tour buses, but not Miley's. It was one of our buses that transported our lighting crew."
The rain's rolled out, but the misery is still setting in -- now rappers Ludacris and T.I. are helping their soggy hometown get back on its feet.
TMZ has learned The Ludacris Foundationhas partnered up with Home Depot and Sam's Club to help victims of the Atlanta floods -- which City Hall officials say caused $61 million in damages and wrecked nearly 500 homes.
We spoke to a rep for the foundation, who told us Luda and T.I. are donating $10,000 each to the cause.
The Foundation's rep told us they are planning a large food bank and a gift card giveaway that could happen as soon as Friday.
The do over auditions in New York for "America's Next Top Model" today have gone off without a hitch ... and all it took was one violent, bloody riot of hungry models to teach the organizers a lesson.

Rain, and a host of people in his camp, are being sued for bailing on a 2007 concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. According to a lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court, Andrew Kim had the rights to the proposed concert -- but he took a huge financial hit when Rain bailed.
Rain was also sued in 2007 for missing a gig in Hawaii, allegedly over trademark and technical issues.
Kim is seeking an astronomical $30,000,000 -- plus punitive damages.

The biggest pop star in all of Asia -- Rain -- is facing a hailstorm of legal trouble in the US. A Honolulu concert promoter claims in a federal lawsuit that the so-called Korean "Justin Timberlake" defrauded them out of more than $500,000, and never had any intention of performing in the first place. And we're told that the legal mud-slinging could just be starting.
Well-placed sources tells TMZ that local promoters in Los Angeles, where Rain also canceled a concert an hour-and-a-half before the gig, are contemplating millions of dollars in legal action against the singer and his management company. "It isn't going to be pretty," says one source. All in all, Rain canceled two gigs and postponed three among his five US dates, citing a trademark suit in Nevada and technical glitches for the missed gigs. (The New York and Atlanta shows are supposed to go on this fall.)
Rain's Korean promoter, StarM, blamed its local counterpart in L.A. of financial mismanagement for the while V2B Global (the local guys) said that StarM tried to use a giant LED screen that wasn't up to code and disputes StarM's accusations.
In the Hawaii suit, filed in US District Court late last month, local promoter Click Entertainment alleges that Rain and his managers and promoters actually knew they wouldn't be able to perform because of the trademark suit in Nevada, but booked the gig anyway.
The day after the axed L.A. show, Rain told the L.A. Times he felt "ridiculous" about the snafus, but that the Staples stage "wasn't set up." His reps didn't return calls for comment.
UPDATE 3/19/09: Rain was ordered by a judge to pay $8 million dollars in damages.
