Both Kim Kardashian's and Reggie Bush's L.A. homes are now officially up for sale -- and we're told it's because the couple is looking to take things to the next level and settle down ... together.
A source close to the couple says before Reggie put his house on the market, he took a quick break from dominating in the NFL with the New Orleans Saints to fly to L.A. and go house shopping with his girl in the Hollywood Hills.
Kim's condo is currently going for a cool $1 million while Reggie's bachelor pad is priced at over $5 million ... but here's an adorable detail: They're both sharing the same real estate agent.
And with Khloe all married up and Kourtney all knocked up ... we're guessing Kim's clock is ticking pretty loud.

Newly single Reggie Bush left Nobu in L.A. last night alone.
Reggie probably won't be spending much time going solo, as there are tons of single ladies hoping to turn the 24-year-old Saint into a sinner.

Bad things happen when Reggie Bush gives Kim Kardashian the keys to his cars -- and this time, Reggie's Escalade ended up on the back of a AAA tow truck.
But it's not what you think -- we're told Kim was just helping Reggie out by calling AAA, because his truck simply needed its brakes checked and windows tinted.
Money... it keeps you from having to do silly things like driving an expensive car to the shop yourself.

Letting Kim Kardashian drive your $200,000 Ferrari is either true love or truly stupid.
That's what Reggie Bush did outside My House (the club), and Kim's skill behind the wheel was debatable, at best.
The car alarm sounded when Kim got in the driver's seat. Warning sign? We're just sayin'.

Kim Kardashian threatened to unleash her NFL star boyfriend Reggie Bush all over a photog who brought up Kim's old sex tape partner last night -- warning the shooter, "Reggie's gonna come out here and really beat your ass."
Bush, who is recovering from microfracture surgery on his left knee, may want to let this one slide.

Birthday girl Kim K. had injured running back Reggie Bush up on his feet last night for a much needed round of physical therapy -- at LAX Nightclub in Las Vegas.
As the New Orleans Saints prepare for tomorrow's game in London sans Bush, they can take comfort in the knowledge that Reggie is taking one for the team.
Who knew the cure for a torn medial meniscus was a night of menial mischief?

If you wanna talk curses, now's the time.
Kim Kardashian's ball handler, Reggie Bush, left yesterday's game against the Carolina Panthers with an injured knee -- putting all three of our big NFL players who date hot celebs (Romo -- broken finger, Brady -- busted knee) on the sideline.
Let's hope they all get some play again soon.

Reggie Bush, his teammates and their wives can't get enough of Kim Kardashian, at least according to sources close to Kim Kardashian.
We're told reports that Kim is pulling diva moves and getting ignored by Reggie down at the Saints' training camp just ain't so. Our spies say Kim was cheering for her muscle man during practice, but Reggie couldn't hear her because everyone else was screaming too. We're told Kim has also ingratiated herself with all the other players' wives and after one of the games, she and Reggie even treated everyone to a screening of "The Dark Knight."
Sorry haters, but Kim is a team player.

Reggie Bush better have a great season, or New Orleans Saints fans may start treating Kim Kardashian like Cowboys' fans treat Jessica Simpson.
Kim K. and her floral muumuu watched Reggie Bush work up a sweat at Saints training camp in Jackson, Miss. this weekend, where we're told she stood near the field waving and yelling for Reggie -- but he didn't even acknowledge she was there.
Our spy says Kim signed autographs and soaked up attention of her own, while Reggie just seemed annoyed with it all.

Ever since coming out as couple on New Year's Eve, Reggie Bush and Kim Kardashian have been tasting a lot like a cheap jewelry-store TV ad -- cheesy and unbearably saccharine. We need a sex tape, stat!
TMZ shot them walking to Reggie's huge Hummer and Kim gushed like a schoolgirl as she held the cheap gas station flowers Reg bought her. Get that trojan ready!

Reggie Bush and Kim K have denied being more than "just friends," but lately the two have been giving secrecy the finger! Recently, TMZ spies saw the pair at the New Orleans Saints holiday party acting "very much like a couple." Don't they know they're too pretty to hide?!
But the modelesque couple got into their getaway SUV in plain sight after partying at Mansion in Miami -- where KK was hostess. Reggie supports his woman!
Later that night she surely showed him just how much she appreciates him. Touchdown! Film at eleven?
