Turns out the lady who incubated Ricky Martin's babies is a serial surrogate -- but that doesn't mean she'll squirt 'em out for just anybody.
Sources tell TMZ the 26-year-old mother works for an agency that hooks up surrogates, and Ricky's bambinos are her third surrogate (and second set of twins) -- but she says her womb isn't open to Britney Spears or Michael Jackson. Wonder why ...
We're told before the birth, the two only met a couple of times, and contact with Mr. Loca was mostly through phone and email.

apl.de.ap only had two words for Clay Aiken and Ricky Martin last night -- "I'm sorry."
That sure beats the two he had for them last time -- "That's gay" -- when asked about the two boys going the turkey baster route for babymaking.

You would think Ricky Martin's twins could fetch a pile of cash from the mags, since they're blowing all their money these days on babies who all look the same.
Seems like it's not the case with Mr. Loca, and there's an interesting reason. According to the New York Daily News, the mags want back story and Ricky's apparently unwilling to open up about why the whole surrogate thing.

While talking, Ricky appears to be absent-mindedly attending to Little Ricky.
The bon bon shaker appeared briefly before heading off to sound check and rehearsal for a concert... but not before playing with his instrument.

Metrosexual pop singer Ricky Martin is selling his Florida waterfront mansion for a crisp $16.9 million. That's a lot of bon-bon shaking.
The ginormous Mediterranean style crib features 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms... what, no gift shop? The Miami palace boasts a few famous neighbors too; Matt Damon and that other bon-bon shaker, Shakira.
Ricky bought the house back in May 2005 for a mere $10 million. Not long ago, Ricky sold another house a block away and pocketed $4 million profit. Ricky sure knows how to flip.

Will Mariah Carey ever do another Christmas album? --Paul
Paul, Mariah's reps weren't immediately available to comment on this, but we could all use some new Christmas music from the diva. It's been more than 10 years since we heard some holiday cheer from Mariah; hopefully she has something up her sleeve for next year!
In related news, did you know that when it comes to charity, she's one of the most influential celebs? Although she's very modest about it, Camp Mariah, founded in 1994, continues to be a getaway for 300 boys and girls each summer!

Hunky boriqua Ricky Martin wants to be like Madonna and Angelina ... and adopt kids!
Suave Ricky does love kids; he serves as an Ambassador for UNICEF, and helps sponsor a home for Indian street kids. Now, according to a report on Tittle-Tattle, he wants to open his own Miami mansion to a tot or two.
Tittle-Tattle quotes Ricky as saying, "I believe that at some time in the future this house will be full of colored crayons strewn over the floor, and the walls covered with scribbles." Oh yeah, we can see the writing on the wall about Ricky.
Ricky's reps were aware of the report but had no comment. Martin's MTV Unplugged CD hit stores November 7.
UPDATE: TMZ heard from Ricky's spokesman late today, with this comment: "While Ricky has said he is certainly open to the idea of adopting children in the future (as he already sponsors three children in India and assists thousands more through the work of his foundation), he has no immediate plans for any adoption, as his upcoming months are already filled with promotional travel and concerts dates around his just released MTV Unplugged album."

Three of Hollywood's A-list boriquas were out and about in New York in preparation for Thursday's Latin Grammy Awards.
Happily married Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony helped honor fellow cantante Ricky Martin, as the Latin Recording Academy's Person of the Year. The sexy bon-bon shaker was given the prestigious honor on Wednesday in recognition of his showmanship and passionate humanitarian efforts.
Always the fashion-forward trendsetter, J.Lo was decked out in a voluminous red mini-dress that, although it was no green Versace, did its fair share to make sure the pop diva was well, er, exposed.
The 7th Annual Latin Grammy Awards airs tonight on Univision, and features performances by Andrea Bocelli, Shakira and el hombre de la hora, Ricky Martin.
