The famous "Seinfeld" line, "Not that there's anything wrong with that" is forever part of the pop culture lexicon. And if Rita Cosby has her way, it will be a legal defense, too.

Cosby claimed in her questionable Anna Nicole Smith book that Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern had a sexual tryst -- which was allegedly videotaped. Stern has filed a defamation lawsuit against Cosby.
Now...in a response filed earlier this month, Cosby says her claims can't be defamatory because "engaging in a homosexual tryst, even if videotaped, does not reflect poorly on someone and in the 21st Century it most certainly is not a 'criminal lewd act.'" Cosby should bottle her gall and sell it for $60 mil.
And speaking of $60 mil... that's how much Stern is suing Cosby and the publishers of her book "Blonde Ambition" for.

Last night, TMZ cameras caught a shapely, primped-out platinum blonde in a snug black dress, flanked by tall men in dark suits and whisked away by a mega-SUV with tinted windows and big chrome rims.
Paris? No. Hayden? Nope. It's Gummi Bear Virgie!

Larry Birkhead has told TMZ he is thinking of suing MSNBC over the Rita Cosby book, because she obtained information on the network's dime.
Birkhead says Cosby, who has since left MSNBC, befriended him in the Bahamas through his then lawyer, Debra Opri. Larry also says Opri would invite Cosby to dinners, where Cosby told him everything discussed was "off the record."
Birkhead claims the salacious allegations are lies.
A rep for MSNBC had no comment.

With reports swirling that there's video of Larry Birkhead's alleged encounter with Howard K. Stern, TMZ spoke with Rita Cosby, who makes the allegation in her upcoming book. Rita says she hasn't seen the video but knows people who have.
Birkhead and Stern say no such video exists because there was never an encounter, and they will sue anyone who makes such an allegation.

TMZ has learned that FOX News' righty flamethrower, Bill O'Reilly, is still planning to interview Rita Cosby about her controversial Anna Nicole book, legal threat or no threat -- even though the "Today" show pulled the plug on their interview this morning, after getting a searing letter threatening legal action from Howard K. Stern's lawyer, Lin Wood.

We're told that Cosby has confirmed her appearance on "The O'Reilly Factor" this evening and is scheduled to appear on several other news and talk shows this week. Early this morning, "Today" backed out of its sit-down with Cosby after Wood threatened to sue the program for any false information that she might pour forth during her talk with Matt Lauer.

MSNBC star Rita Cosby hit the club scene in NYC -- and got her Y-M-C-A on.

The talk host joined original "Village People" star Randy Jones for a impromptu duet at NYC hotspot The Plumm, celebrating her recent departure from the cable network. The party was thrown by TimesSquareGossip's James Edstrom.
Sources inside tell TMZ that Cosby also sang a hilarious rendition of the theme song to the "Mary Tyler Moore Show." Sean William Scott from "American Pie" was seen applauding Rita's singing style.
Rita joins an elite crowd of celebs winging it at The Plumm, including Stevie Wonder, Guns n' Roses, Norah Jones, and Lindsay Lohan.
