A guy who says that he got cut out of the Death Row Records deal by his partners is suin' mad -- and he's going after them for more than they paid for Suge's sloppies.
Ron Goldberg says in his lawsuit that he got Susan Berg and Reggie Bush (not that one) to buy Death Row, but that he's now on the outside looking in. He wants $25 million from Berg, Bush, and the former president of his company, Global Music Group.
The label was bought at an auction last month for $24 mil.
A lawyer for Global Music Group tells TMZ: "Mr Goldberg is not a principal of Global Music Group Inc., a New York corporation, nor does he have any ownership in that company or in its assets, including the Death Row assets subject to the company's court-approved bid."

Ron Goldberg -- one of the new owners of Death Row Records -- got into a major brawl last night at nightclub Coco de Ville. Fun times!
A woman involved in the melee said Goldberg beat her friends up and hit one of them over the head with a vodka bottle -- that she paid for! How's that for gangsta?!
UPDATE: Ron says he didn't strike anyone -- he was just having a good time when several drunks at the booth next to him started harassing him and his people.

It's been less than a week since Death Row Records was bought out from under Suge Knight -- and there's already beef brewing between the buyers!
Now that Ron Goldberg is calling out Susan Berg -- who's been parading around town like she's the big cheese -- she's gone silent and he's still slinging words.

Susan Berg, the woman who claims she bought the "whole s**t" out from under Suge Knight, may not be the business savvy woman she's making herself out to be. Ron Goldberg, a NYC businessman , tells TMZ he was the mastermind behind the purchase of Death Row Records.
Goldberg says he's a major investor in New York-based Global Music Group. He says the group of investors appointed Susan, a former facialist, as an officer of the company, but she doesn't own it -- the group does.
Susan's been taking credit for the takeover of the bankrupt label, and insiders tell us they're a tad annoyed at her boasting. Ron says Susan still has a job ... for now.
