Roselyn Sanchez is being sued for allegedly stiffing her former management company out of some serious "Without a Trace" commission checks -- but this bitter, bitter lawsuit doesn't seem to be about the money.
In the papers, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, The Collective Management Group claims, "Sanchez decided to disregard her contractual obligation and thumb her nose at the people who built her career."
Sanchez fired the company in 2008, but the long story short -- CMG claims Sanchez still owes them $137,628 in back payment from when they got her on the show -- plus an additional $31.5k for work on a movie called "Yellow."
A rep for Sanchez tells us, "When it became clear that The Collective was not capable of fulfilling its promises and adding value to my career, I terminated them. They were fully paid under the terms of my agreement for the time they represented me. It is shameful that The Collective has made false allegations and claimed fees that they are not entitled to and have not earned."

The peeps came out to club PURE at Caesars Palace to bask in the glory that is Roselyn Sanchez.
The "Without a Trace" star played DJ at the film release party for "Yellow," and zoomed about the party signing autographs, taking pictures and MCin' with DJ Hollywood. This girl's got mad style and grace.
Meanwhile, her lurking boyfriend of over a year, Eric Winter, kept a watchful eye on his girl. You might remember him as the dude in Britney's commercial for her "Curious" perfume.

Longoria recently hit the jackpot at Beverly Hills boutique Harmony when she fell in love with a jewelry line called Robyn Rhodes.
Eva spent $1,042 and picked up two necklaces and six pairs of earrings from Robyn Rhodes' Spring Jewelry Collection for herself. Eva even wore the Scarlett Large Green Quartz Necklace the very next night!
