An evil genius has placed a $10 bounty on the masked super-hero roaming the streets of Cincinnati -- which means Shadow Hare officially has an arch-enemy ... and he's really, really cheap.
A supervillain from the "Consortium of Evil" has posted a "want ad" on his local Craigslist website -- offering ten evil dollars to anyone who can reveal the secret identity of the world's skinniest crime-fighter.
We tried to contact the Consortium of Evil to see how his evil plans were going, but we couldn't find a phone number listing for "The Dark Side."

Don't expect to see a "Shadow Hare" signal lighting up the sky anytime soon -- for some reason cops don't think Ohio's most famous spandex-wearing, 21-year-old, 97-pound superhero is "trained" to fight crime. Pssshaw!!!!!
TMZ spoke with several Ohio officials who all seem to appreciate Shadow Hare's intentions -- but refuse to endorse his methods.
While Shadow Hare spends most of his time battling evil in Cincinatti, the Chief of Police from his hometown of Milford (11 miles away), tells us, "He's putting himself in jeopardy for something he's not trained for ... we don't want people to get hurt."
He continued, "It scares me a little bit... vigilantes can cause police to lose control of a situation... and he could end up hurting things"
TMZ also got a statement from Ohio governor Ted Strickland, who "encourages Ohioans to take necessary actions to help their neighbors, but feels that law enforcement actions are best left to law enforcement professionals."
For the record... Batman wasn't a pro either.

This is either really, really noble -- or really, really stupid. Or both.
Some gangly dude in a spandex outfit who calls himself the "Shadow Hare" is roaming the streets of Cincinnati -- dedicated to ridding the city of evil-doers. Seriously.
Here's the catch -- he's 21-years-old, he's built like a math tutor, and he has no known super powers.
But Shadow Hare -- who refuses to reveal his true identity -- still bravely/stupidly patrols the streets, carrying legal items like handcuffs, tasers and pepper spray.
The guy even busted his shoulder trying to stop a guy from beating up a woman. And he hands out food to the homeless.
But he's not alone -- Shadow claims he's part of the "Allegiance of Heroes" which includes Aclyptico in Pennsylvania, Wall Creeper in Colorado and Master Legend in Florida.
Shadow Hare recently told WLWT that he's even teamed up with Mr. Extreme in California to "track down a rapist."
So the big question -- is he noble for standing up for good and trying to protect his community ... or is he just some delusional moron who's gonna hurt himself?
