Looks like Kevin Federline is tired of all the K-Overfed jokes -- because TMZ has learned he officially signed on to do the next season of "Celebrity Fit Club."
Federleezy has packed on the pounds of late -- see Exhibit XXL above -- but he's on a mission to reduce the rolls. Earlier today, a TMZ employee watched Britney's ex saunter onto the Simi Valley, CA set of the VH1 weight-loss reality show.
As TMZ first reported, Bobby Brown, Nicole Eggert and Kevin's other baby-mama Shar Jackson will also join him in trimming the fat.

They've been rumored to be on-and-off for a while, and yesterday TMZ caught Matthew Perry hiding out in the wilds of Sundance with chatty Lorelai Gilmore herself, Lauren Graham. But don't get too excited -- they're just pimping a movie they're both in. Boooo.
Also spotted shopping and partying in the snowy mountain town: A still smokin' hot at 44 Elisabeth Shue, famed baby mama Shar Jackson, and a scruffy John Stamos at the Tava launch party, which was also attended by face sucker Eric Balfour, Lil Jon and Michael Rapaport.

TMZ spotted Shar doing some shopping at Diabless on Melrose yesterday -- and got her to talk about the tough situation between Britney and her baby daddy.

In the midst of Brit's breakdown, a man from her past has emerged in Hollywood. That seems oddly convenient, doesn't it? There must be some interview money being handed out!
Spears' celebrated 55-hour Vegas husband, Jason Alexander (no, not the Seinfeld dude), was caught at Goa nightclub last night -- where he actually got in -- looking as ghetto-drab as his successor, K-Fed.

While Tony Parker and his basketballs are under the Spurs' control -- itsy-bitsy Eva Longoria is out getting her party on at hotspot Hyde. Let's hope she's not too desperate!
Also in L.A: Pouty Paris Hilton entered the Green Door, Shar Jackson shopped with K-Fed's other kids, Christina Milian got her party on at S Bar, and Bill Maher and Marlon Wayans slipped into Mr. Chow.

Shar Jackson's switching roles with Britney and picking up her leftovers. With blue contacts and a "bitch" line, Mama Jackson did her best to take a snark bite outta the popwreck.
Cameras snapped Shar wearing a "I'm Shar Jackson Bitch" t-shirt at the Rolling Stone Star Lounge Beauty, Style & Gifting Suite this past weekend -- perhaps an obvious jab at the "Gimme More" start line, "It's Britney Bitch"? Or is she just a huge "Chappelle's Show" fan?
If you're going to go out of the way to make a statement, at least get the words right, y'all.

Ding dang! Brit-Brit had a wild night last night at the opening of DJ AM's new Las Vegas outpost, LAX.
Spears, in typical bad weave and unfortunate fedora, partied like it was ... brunch -- drinking champagne and orange juice mimosas into the wee hours. K-Fed's other ex, Shar Jackson, was spotted chillin' at the club, as were "Hills" brosephs Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado, along with Dave Navarro, with a blondelicious Carmen Electra replacement in tow.
After the club closed, Brit after-partied with resident magician/creepy ladykiller Criss Angel. Says 24/Sizzler, "Criss wrapped his arms around Britney and whispered into her ear" through the night, and took the popwreck to speakeasy, Noir Bar. He does tricks, y'all!

As if the couch potato K-Fed versus baby dropping Britney battle couldn't get more interesting, Fed-Ex is enlisting a new face into his custody brigade: his (other) baby mama!
Federline's chesty former flame Shar Jackson was caught popping out of the 2nd Annual "Hot in Hollywood" event at the Henry Fonda Theater last night, and when asked about the brewing legal battle, Jackson dropped a bomb: "Kevin is a great dad!" Who knew?!
Apparently, the criteria for becoming a first-class father of four doesn't include having a job. Party on!

Shar Jackson says no sex in the champagne room!
K.Fed's first baby mama spoke with Q100's "The Bert Show" in Hotlanta this morning, and the former actress said she is definitely not pregnant with K.Fed's fifth child, because the two are "just friends." The world deprived of another example of genetic perfection.
Shar revealed that she and Kevin were "very much" still together when Fed met Brit. In fact, he and Shar were still living together -- in unwedded babymakin' bliss. She believes Kevin got "sucked up into so much stuff" and was "so lost" when he first got involved with the fallen pop star. Thank you for Shar-ing.

TMZ has learned Shar Jackson has hired attorney George Gallegos in her fight against Star Magazine's claims that she is pregnant once again with ex Kevin Federline's baby. Popozao!
Shar, who denies the mag's claim, says her children are being affected by the rumors, and told TMZ through her rep, "When my kids hear things at school and then ask me if they are getting a new brother or sister, I have to put my foot down."
TMZ has also learned that Shar is willing to prove to the magazine that she is not pregnant, and tells Star's editor-in-chief, Bonnie Fuller, "I stand by my truth by offering you an EPT test if you stand by yours and reveal your 'source' to me."

Shar Jackson, K-Fed's baby mama numero uno, quelled rumors that she's preggers with another little K-Fed junior. Earlier this week her reps denied the story, and Jackson came out personally to deny the claims, too, with a little TMI. "There's absolutely no action going on in my uterus," she told reporters. "I'm no expert, but I hear you have to actually have sex," and that, she said, "hasn't been happening." Okaaaaaay.
Plus, Jackson has no desire to have another baby, with K-Fed or anyone else: she just had a tummy tuck. "I'm not trying to ruin my body," she said.

Britney Spears and Paris Hilton have an unlikely fan -- Shar Jackson -- Kevin Federline's other babymama.
TMZ spotted the former UPN actress, turned spurned ex of K-Fed, shopping at Sugar on La Brea yesterday, where she told our cameras that Britney's comeback tour of 10-minute shows is "long overdue." Of course, Shar made a mini-career out of covering Britney's songs, so it may just be she needs some new material.
While trying on a cleavage-enhancing (like she needs the help!) dress, Ms. Jackson also gave her uninformed take on Paris Hilton's summer slammer plans, telling TMZ she doesn't "know all the details ... but I think she's a nice girl."

Since Brit's split from K-Fed, their exes have come out of the woodwork -- with one claiming that Spears sent him a thinly veiled threat.
Britney's 55-hour ex-husband Jason Alexander appeared with Fed's baby mama Shar Jackson on "The Dr. Keith Ablow Show," where Alexander revealed that Britney contacted him by leaving a voicemail saying, "Don't say anything you'd regret." We're guessing this is exactly the behavior she was warning against.
Shar, who reportedly fed Fed on Thanksgiving, believes Kevin fears that Britney will steal their children away from him, saying, "He's probably scared Britney might take his kids and go back to Louisiana and he might not see them."
When asked for her feelings on K-Fed's craptastic rap career, Shar politely danced around it, never giving her opinion and just wishing him luck. A little late.
