TMZ has just obtained the 911 call made after "Criminal Minds" actor Shemar Moore was hit by a car while riding his bicycle in L.A. earlier this month.
A witness placed the call about a guy who was "flat on his face" -- but he wasn't sure if the actor was hit or just fell over.
Moore was rushed to the hospital and treated for a broken leg.

TMZ has confirmed "Criminal Minds" actor Shemar Moore was hit by a car while riding his bicycle in L.A. on Saturday.
A rep for Moore -- who once dated Halle Berry -- tells us the actor was rushed to a local hospital and treated for a broken leg.
We're told Shemar is fine otherwise and is currently recuperating at his home.

The L.A. judge best known for throwing the book at Paris Hilton is finally giving his closing arguments, and not a moment too soon for one sublebrity DUI-er.
Just last week, Angie Everhart got a continuance in her DUI case, and by her new court date, Judge Michael Sauer probably will have traded his judicial robe for a bathrobe after 36 years on the job. He planned on serving for 45 years, but got out for good behavior -- i.e., throwing Paris in the slammer.
And Judge Sauer, Angie has something to say to you: You may step down now -- pleeeeze.
Shemar Franklin Moore (Franklin?!?) must think he's the coolest cat out there -- but if he's gotta roll up to Villa blasting rap from his Mercedes to prove it, he might be trying too hard.

Soap star and occasional nudist, Shemar Moore, was out in soggy L.A. last night, and he took the opportunity to get a few things off his muscled chest.
When miffed Moore learned that TMZ was filming, he got defensive with the odd, contradictory statement, "Y'all made me famous. Y'all tried to ruin me." Say what?!
One would think the whiner actor getting exposure on "The Young and the Restless" would make him (semi) famous -- and posting this, this, and this ... well that's just reporting the facts.
Shemar finished his rant by saying. "I'm me, I'm here to motherf***in' stay." All can rest easy.

TMZ has learned that former "The Young and the Restless" star Shemar Moore has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of driving under the influence.
L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo handed down the charges just moments ago, three weeks after a CHP officer claims he pulled Moore over after he noticed the actor speeding near Santa Monica Blvd.
As TMZ first reported, Moore allegedly, "displayed signs of alcohol impairment and a DUI investigation was conducted" according to a report taken after he was stopped on around 1:30 AM on June 1. Moore was then arrested and transported to a nearby station, where he a blew a .08 blood alcohol level on a breath test -- the legal limit in California.
Moore, who currently stars in "Criminal Minds," was released a few hours later on $5,000 bail. If convicted Moore faces six months in jail and a $1000 fine.
Shemar's next court hearing is June 26.

Just a few days after Shemar Moore was popped for DUI in Los Angeles, the "Criminal Minds" actor was spotted yesterday -- raising his wine glass during a CTV party in Toronto! Not the Shemartest move when you're waiting to face a judge over an alcohol-related misdemeanor charge!
Moore, who we're told has penchant for partying, was also spotted in Las Vegas about a week before the DUI incident. According to well-placed sources, Moore was having "one hell of a time" as he cruised for chicks during a late-night visit to Tryst nightclub at the Wynn. 
We're told the actor was "really friendly" with fans (the same fans he met earlier that day at the Hard Rock Pool), even posing for a few pictures before moving on to the next club.
Hopefully, he took a cab.

TMZ has learned that actor Shemar Moore was arrested early Friday morning on suspicion of DUI in Los Angeles.
According to the CHP arrest report obtained by TMZ, the former "Young and the Restless" star was pulled over after officers noticed the actor speeding near Santa Monica Blvd. at 1:30 AM. After he was stopped, cops reported that Moore "displayed signs of alcohol impairment and a DUI investigation was conducted." Moore was then arrested and transported to a nearby station, where he took a breath test and was later booked.
Moore, who currently stars in "Criminal Minds," was released a few hours later on $5000 bail.
Calls to Moore's rep were not immediately returned.
