Shia LaBeouf must be feeling used -- because Thursday at LAX, Megan Fox took advantage of him ... and not in a fun way.


The two arrived back from Europe on the same flight and while all the paps were scrambling for Shia, they missed the shot of their tattooed queen -- who snuck out amidst LaBeouf's photog insanity.

On the plus side Shia, there are worse people to be used by than Megan Fox.

Shia LaBeouf's Checkered Past

Shia LaBeouf doesn't piss his money away on fancy cars -- he pisses it away on fancy, old cars.

Sources tell TMZ that Shia LaBeouf recently took a train to San Diego and bought a bright red 1975 Checker Marathon -- the same type of car used as a taxi back in the day. No, it doesn't transform into a giant ass kicking robot.

During his Disney days, Shia was driven around in a Checker by his manager.

"Transformers" star and Hollywood hottie Shia LaBeouf gave Malibu beachgoers a little treat over the weekend -- a tasty helping of skin! This time he's smokin' ... hot!

The 21-year-old actor, who's rumored to be dating R&B sensation Rihanna, was sporting some major flesh -- definitely a side of him that should be shown more often. Surely he had no problem finding someone to help him apply a little sunblock.

Shia: I'm No LiLo

Actor Shia LeBeouf turned 21 this past June, but the star of the new "Transformers" movie won't be morphing into a party-hopping club kid anytime soon. LeBeouf is working on the new "Indiana Jones" film and has vowed not to drink until filming wraps on the fourth installment of the series.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly last month, LeBeouf knocked the hard partying lifestyle. ''It could all go away tomorrow if I'm at a club drinking like an asshole," adding that, "someone like Lindsay Lohan's personality is [more] famous than her performance.''

In this month's Vanity Fair, out this Thursday, a teetotaling LeBeouf insists he doesn't miss getting tipsy. "I'm making an Indiana Jones movie. What's better than that?"
