LeVar Burton just Tweeted about Monday night's car accident -- and even included a lovely Twitpic of his mangled vehicle.
He writes: "Woke up feeling like I was hit by a car. Oh wait, I was..Thanks for all of your thoughts, prayers & good wishes!"
As TMZ first reported, Burton collided with a car making a left turn at an L.A. intersection -- then struck a few parked cars.

Marilyn Manson was one of the thousands who saw "Star Trek" last weekend -- but he may have been the only one who walked out!
His reasoning had little to do with Captain Kirk though -- dude just "ran out of alcohol and drugs."
Here's Eric Bana as Romulan villain Nero in "Star Trek" (left) -- and "RuPaul's Drag Race" runner-up Nina Flowers at an event earlier this year (right).
One of them is loca.
We're just sayin'.

J.J. Abrams pulled off one serious star trick this weekend at LAX -- by fooling our photog with one of the best "you've mistaken me for someone else" routines we've ever seen.
In our guy's defense, it's not like there was a huge "Abrams/McGrath" tag -- his wife's last name is McGrath -- hanging from J.J.'s bag or anything.
Oh, right...
With only three days until he becomes a huge star, "Star Trek's" new Captain Kirk, Chris Pine, went for a shirtless hike in L.A. on Tuesday.
The ripped 28-year-old should have no trouble finding a stardate.

Before Gene Roddenberry's wife joined the "Star Trek" creator in the great beyond last year, she made sure the couple's dogs would live long and prosper after her death -- by willing the pets a frickin' fortune!
TMZ has obtained the Roddenberry trust documents, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, in which Majel Roddenberry made sure her dogs would get to live in one of her multi-million dollar mansions until they die. There's even a $4 million residential trust set up simply for the upkeep of their incredible doggy digs!
There's more: A domestic employee named Reinelda Estupinian -- the person who cared for the pups -- gets $1 million and the right to live in the mansion with the dogs.
In the papers, Majel claimed Reinelda deserves the massive stack of cash because she "did an excellent job of caring for my animals (giving them comparable or better care than that which I gave them during my lifetime)."
As for the Roddenberry's son -- he gets the Bel Air mansion, $60 mil up front and $10 million bonuses when he turns 35, 40 and 45.

On the cheap ass set of Hustler's new "Star Trek" porn, one cast member boldly fell into the only gap that no man had gone into that day -- straight through a wall!
Beam her up, Scotty!

The late Gene Roddenberry -- who created "Star Trek" -- and wife Majel (who passed away last year) are about to explore the final frontier together. Their remains are going to be shot into space.
Majel "The First Lady of Star Trek" Roddenberry's dream before she died last December was for a portion of her and Gene's ashes to be sent into space together -- and a company called Celetis is granting that wish.
Celestis -- which has its own rocket -- just announced the Roddenberrys' ashes will be launched into deep space on a mission aptly name Voyager.
Trekkies are invited to go to the Celestis website, where they can post tributes to the Roddenberrys, which will all be digitized and sent into space with them.
Celestis is the same company that shot a lipstick-sized container of Gene's ashes into space back in '97.

If James "Scotty" Doohan from "Star Trek" was alive today, he wouldn't be happy with what just happened to his ashes.
Doohan's ashes, along with 200 other people's remains, were supposed to be released into space on Saturday night by a rocket also carrying three satellites -- but the rocket never made it into orbit. It's currently in a bunch of pieces in a bunch of different places.
Real-life astronaut and original Mercury 7 crew member Gordon Cooper's ashes also were lost during the botched mission.

George Takei has spent a lot of time in space ... so he's the perfect dude to give a weather forecast -- and a very flamboyant one, we might add.

Christmas came early for Trekkies when Mr. Spock and Captain Kirk were snapped together at the Spike TV Scream Awards in L.A. on Friday. Beam us up, Scotty!
Both are 76-years-old, but Leonard Nimoy and William Shatner have not yet reached the final frontier!
Set phasers to stunned.
