Nicole Kidman is getting the serious stink-eye from her rich neighbors in a Sydney marina because she's left a big one in the water -- her yacht.
Nicole sold her apartment in fancy Walsh Bay and was supposed to take her boat, named Hokulani, when she moved. But a year later it's still there, according to the Sydney Morning Herald. The owners Nic left behind want it gone.
Some of them are bellyaching that Kidman is getting special treatment, and that she should have been fined.
A "rep" tells the SMH the boat will be moved next week.

Matthew McConaughey finally got dressed; unfortunately he chose a hideous 10-year-old-looking unwashed purple sweatshirt, along with a patterned do-rag and camo pants -- he looks like he's about to clean house for Crocodile Dundee.
Everyone's favorite public tooth-brusher was spotted (and possibly smelled) at Sydney Airport while waiting for a flight back to the United States.
If you're wondering about the lizard-covered bag over his shoulder ... we're told it's a didgeridoo -- an aboriginal musical instrument. Bongo boy loves his instruments.
McConaughey has been Down Under for the past few weeks, filming his latest movie, "Fool's Gold."

Before Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern went to war over Anna Nicole Smith's newborn kid, the two men actually spent a lot of time together having fun. In these pictures taken last year, the dueling daddy candidates were spotted down under, frolicking with Anna around Sydney's Luna Amusement Park right before the 2005 MTV Awards in Australia. Ah the good ol' days. Birkhead appeared in front of a judge Wednesday morning asking that Anna Nicole be ordered to return from the Bahamas and submit to a paternity test. Unfortunately Birkhead will have to wait for the results, as the hearing was pushed until October 26.
