Harvey To Blame For MLB Screwup

A funny thing happened on the way to your local bar last night. The pivotal ALCS Game 6 meeting between the Boston Red Sox and the Tampa Bay Rays was replaced with the "Steve Harvey Show" -- which may have actually caused you to drink more.

A large portion of the 1st inning was missed -- which means baseball fans' first glimpse of the game had the Rays beating the Sox 1-0.

The problem was addressed and TBS explained the incident like this: "Two circuit breakers in our Atlanta transmission operations tripped causing the master router and its backup - which are necessary to transmit any incoming feed outbound - to shut down."

Game 7 is tonight -- unless of course TBS decides to run a "Bill Engvall Show" marathon.

Archuleta's Pitchy Performance Busts Up No-Hitter

David Archuleta almost became a legend to the fans of Tampa Bay last night.

During last night's ALCS game between the Boston Red Sox and the Tampa Bay Rays -- Red Sox ace Daisuke Matsuzaka was on his way to a no-hitter.

Then during the seventh inning stretch Archie sang "God Bless America." The next pitch thrown by Dice-K -- a single to right, busting up the no hit bid.

Archie's jinx didn't last long though. The Red Sox still won the game 2-0.
