She's got the talent, but the owner of the biggest strip club in America says Miley Cyrus was missing a little something from her pole-grinding performance last night ... about 15 months.
Ed Norwick, the owner of SCORES in New York, knocked the 16-year-old's pole performance on the Teen Choice Awards last night by saying, "While Miley did show off some skills, we at SCORES cannot encourage this kind of behavior for women under the legal age."
We hear Miley's routine has already sparked changes in Teen Choice policy -- we're thinkin' next year's show will have a $20 cover and a two drink minimum.

Kevin, Joe and Nick were so happy about their Teen Choice Awards victories, they blogged about it on their MySpace page. They were particularly jazzed about their win for Most Fanatical Fans. The only problem is they didn't win that award -- David Archuleta did.
A large decorative box fell from the ceiling of the VIP tent at last night's "Teen Choice Awards," in a spectacular crash on top of the crowd -- when the dust settled, a Hollywood publicist had been knocked unconscious. Calling Larry H. Parker! TMZ has learned that the falling set hit the woman in the head, leaving her on the floor, out cold. Her short skirt rode up, and someone partially covered her with a tablecloth. She was taken from the scene in an ambulance and treated at a nearby hospital -- but not before someone at the event retrieved the bloodied tablecloth before she was carted away. Those rental charges are a bitch! We've learned she was treated and released from the hospital. The cuts on her head required three staples!
To add insult to injury, we're told no one from FOX, who aired the show, or Universal, who hosted the event, has called to check on her after the accident. For their part, FOX told us "We're very sorry that someone was injured during last night's event, and we wish her a speedy recovery."
Aside from the Nick and Jessica's "awkward" moment, the bubble gum-chewing Brit and the burst of bleeps during K-Fed's performance, fashion reigned supreme on the red carpet at Sunday's Teen Choice Awards!

All the world will be watching the 2006 Teen Choice Awards with anticipation of the debut live performance by Kevin Federline. Yes... we said K-Fed. And we said live. Federline will close the show with a performance of his single "Lose Control," set to be released in August. Kevin, who started his career as a car wash attendant turned backup dancer, is beginning the rounds to promote his new album "Playing with Fire."
Also on hand for the show are Jessica Simpson and Dane Cook who will be co-hosting the event. The event could be very interesting, to say the least.
