Donald Trump Sued -- We Have the Dirt!
Donald Trump is being sued by 69 not-so-proud owners of a phantom condo complex in Baja California. The buyers claim they plunked down a fortune, believing Trump was spearheading the project, but it was all a lie -- allegedly.
We've told you about this before. The project was to be called Trump Ocean Resort in Baja, California -- it's on the edge of Tijuana. The buyers claim the brochures and the developers made it clear -- The Donald was at the center of the project. He wasn't, and the condo complex was never built.
The 69 owners put down a total of around $30 million, but got nothing but dirt.
They are suing Trump, claiming he let the developer use his name but never signed on to the project. The suit alleges fraud and other intentional wrongdoing. A number of other people and companies are also being sued.
We're told many more buyers will be joining the lawsuit.

Donald Trump -- I Feel My Pain
The stock and housing markets have crashed, people are losing jobs by the thousands everyday. But now there is an undeniable marker of hard times: Part of The Donald has gone belly up.
Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. filed for Chapter 11 this AM in a New Jersey bankruptcy court. The company had until today to reach an agreement with bond holders to restructure $1.25 billion in debt.
D.T. resigned from the board on Friday.

The Donald Cheats? -- F-O-R-E!!!
Billionaire entrepreneur Donald Trump took in a round of golf with a threesome Tuesday afternoon at his Los Angeles course, Trump National Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calf. - and sources tell TMZ they caught him cheating at his golf game!
Numerous sources tell us The Donald shanked his shot from the tee out of bounds into the weeds. He then proceeded to drive his golf cart - alone- down to find his ball. When he noticed his ball went into the natural preserve area, he turned his golf cart to block him as he took a ball out of his pocket, looked over at his partners to make sure they weren't watching, and rolled the new ball into the rough.
