Pop diva Toni Braxton has been battling health problems for the last few years -- and she might need all her strength to pack up her stuff and move ... cause the bank is coming after her home.
According to documents filed last month, Braxton has defaulted on her mortgage payments -- and now Bank of America is looking to foreclose. They claim she owes $12,503.20 on a place in Century City, Calif.
Toni closed down her Vegas gig a few years back -- she may want to start it up again ... quick.

You better fill out insurance forms correctly or you'll get dropped from your policy -- because that's exactly why Lloyd's of London say they left Toni Braxton high and dry.
Lloyd's is countersuing Toni -- who had concert cancellation insurance with the company -- after she sued Lloyd's for refusing to cut her a check when she canceled a show in 2006 due to heart problems.
In the lawsuit, Lloyd's says the reason they dropped Toni ... because she failed to disclose her full medical history on the insurance application. L of L claims she kept her "pericarditis condition" -- a heart ailment -- all to herself.
Lloyd's not only refuses to pay up, it wants Ms. Braxton to ante up damages.

Toni Braxton -- who canceled her residency at the Flamingo Hotel last year due to her heart condition -- was back in Las Vegas last night, partying at Body English with Nelly, Jermaine Dupri and Tyrese.

Toni Braxton has been left holding the bag after canceling her 2006 concert in Las Vegas due to heart problems -- and she says Lloyd's of London screwed her.
Braxton has filed suit, claiming she bought "non-appearance" and "cancellation" insurance, which protects entertainers in case their concerts have to be cancelled.
Braxton says Lloyd's refuses to pay for the losses at her Flamingo Hotel concert that never happened, on grounds it was an undisclosed, pre-existing condition. Braxton begs to differ.
She's suing for undisclosed damages.

All hell broke loose at a "Toni Braxton" concert in the Repubic of Suriname over the weekend, when the loyal TB fans realized the person on stage was a Toni Braxton imposter!
The faux-Toni, Trina Johnson, claims her contract specifically stated she was to do an "imitation act" -- and she has no idea why people thought the "real" Toni would be there.
Nevertheless, people were pissed when they found out the Braxton they thought they were gonna see wasn't really Braxton at all. According to several local reports, fans went nuts, throwing bottles on stage and even looting some of the bars at the venue.
Police have begun an investigation, but according to Caribbean Net News, the concert promoters have conveniently disappeared.
The "real" Toni Braxton's rep tells us: "Toni Braxton is aware of what happened and is obviously displeased with what happened. She regrets that both she and her fans have been victimized by this hoax. Ms. Braxton's attorneys are exploring the legal ramifications."

Toni Braxton was noticeably absent from the finale of "Dancing with the Stars" -- and it was a brush with cancer that kept her from performing.
TMZ has learned Braxton discovered a lump in her breast before she was set to appear on "DWTS" and was told she had to have it removed immediately. Rather than have the surgery right away, Braxton chose to wait until after she was eliminated from the show. Luckily, it turned out to be benign.
Braxton was still recovering from the surgery when last month's finale rolled around, so she didn't perform.

For "Dancing with the Stars," heart trouble makes for a better handicap than old age.
82-year-old Oscar-winner Cloris Leachman was originally courted by "DWTS" honchos, we've learned, because they needed someone for the "disability" slot -- think Heather Mills (one leg) or Marlee Maltin (deaf). They figured her age would fit the bill -- until they got Toni Braxton, who has a heart condition, to sign on, as TMZ first told you. That's when they put Cloris' dancing shoes ... six feet under.
BTW: We also hear "DWTS" peeps are over the moon that Jewel and rodeo dude Ty Murray -- who are both in the mix for next season -- just eloped in the Bahamas, because the whole boyfriend versus girlfriend storyline they wanted to exploit just got amped up to husband-wife. And we know how married couples can get.
And get this: The Lance Bass rumors? Half true. Yes, he''s definitely on, but no, he won't mambo with a man.
An ABC rep tells TMZ, "We don't comment on casting rumors, but the official cast will be announced on August 25th on ''Good Morning America.'"

Heart disease is the new deaf.
Our "Dancing with the Stars" spies tell us Toni Braxton will put on her dancing shoes for the show this season. Toni, who quit her Vegas gig due to heart complications, continues the "DWTS" tradition of dancers with some form of challenge: Heather Mills (leg), Marlee Matlin (deaf) and Tucker Carlson (rhythm).
A rep for the show says they don't comment on casting rumors.

Ain't nobody that can work it out with a sick heart like Toni Braxton.
She's been in hiding since she canceled her Vegas show last month for health reasons -- but last night Toni showed up to a BET after-party at Mr. Chow looking flawless.

Toni Braxton's chest pains have put a permanent kibosh on her Vegas show.
The singer, who went to the hospital in early April, has decided not to continue with her Vegas show, so she can solely focus on her health.
The show, "Toni Braxton: Revealed," has been playing at the Flamingo for two years. Her performance has been on hold since her hospitalization.
Harrah's Entertainment would not comment on Braxton's condition. She has been treated in the past for pericarditis, a viral inflammation of the heart.

Toni Braxton will not be returning to her Las Vegas show -- "Revealed" -- at the Flamingo Hotel until at least next month. Was that thing still goin' on?! Un-break my heart!
The hotel says the show will remain dark until Braxton undergoes more medical tests. Last week, the singer experienced chest pains after a show, and was rushed to the hospital. Toni suffers from heart disease, and has been treated in the past for pericarditis, a viral inflammation of the heart.
Braxton is expected to begin performing again on May 6. Her divatude will return May 5.

Singer Toni Braxton has been admitted to a Vegas hospital -- breathe again!
We hear Braxton was admitted to St. Rose Dominican Hospital late last night after her show at the Flamingo Hotel and Casino. FOX 5 in Vegas reports the diva is in good condition.
A spokeswoman for the American Heart Association, Braxton suffers from pericarditis, an inflammation of the sac surrounding the heart. She learned she had the condition after the birth of her second son.
Braxton has been headlining a Las Vegas show at the hotel since 2006. Tomorrow's show could be canceled, but that won't be confirmed until this afternoon. Today was a scheduled off day.
UPDATE: A spokesperson for the Flamingo tells TMZ that Toni had been experiencing chest pains and was taken to a local hospital for tests. She's since been released. They're hoping she'll be back on stage by the end of the week. She bettah work!
