Still more Britney drama ...
Brit's spotlight obsessed former bodyguard, Tony Barretto, and his equally spotlight obsessed lawyer, Gloria Allred, have announced that they are set to meet with Child Protective Services around 6:00 PM PDT.
The two won't comment on the meeting until after it happens -- allowing more time for media outlets to get there and cover it.
UPDATE: The two filed a child abuse referral against Britney. After the meeting, Allred addressed the media as promised, saying "It is our belief that the agency will conduct an investigation to the best of it's ability."

Britney Spears' former bodyguard just appeared on "Today," where he described seeing the popwreck engage in some toxic activity on numerous occasions -- but never near her kids.
Tony Barretto, along with Gloria Allred, talked to Matt Lauer about Spears' alleged drug use, saying he witnessed her using on two occasions -- once in a club booth and again in a closed off bathroom.
Tony worked for Brit for two months after she left rehab, and says that while she was a definitely a user, he'd "never seen her use drugs in the presence of her children."
