It's official, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are together again and back to doing what they do best: Traveling.
The couple -- who dumped each other a few months ago after three years together -- was spotted yesterday before boarding a plane at JFK.

BTW, Vanessa was at the game last night -- sans Nick. It's been almost two months since we've seen the vacation-happy couple together. Maybe he is dating Alyssa by now.

The borefriend, 34, and girlfriend, 27, celebrated with several hundred of their closest strangers.

Before Vanessa Minnillo met up with Nick Lachey for a fancy pants dinner last night -- she got a pre-game meal with ... wait for it ... another man!! *dan dan dah!*
TMZ cameras caught 'Nessa leaving El Torito in Beverly Hills early last night, with Minnillo driving herself and a handsome, square-jawed buddy away from the restaurant in her sleek BMW. Just a short time later, Minnillo was then spotted at Koi with her actual boyfriend. Nick was the perfect gentleman on their dinner date, opening his girl's door for her and holding her hand as they walked into the sushi joint.
After making a very public entrance, they tried to sneak out by leaving through a side door, and hopping into their SUV -- no valet for these two!

Butter was -- as ever -- Monday night's hotspot as Oscar winner-turned-flopmeister Cuba Gooding Jr. showed up just in time to give a flower peddler the last of his greenbacks from "Jerry Maguire." Also at Butter we found Nick Lachey with his va-va-voyeuriste Vanessa Minnillo, songboy James Blunt and a hat-obscured P. Diddy.

TMZ has learned that a lawyer for Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo is trying to keep photos of the couple having sex out of the weekly magazines and off the Internet.
Racy photos of the hot couple were published in this week's Life & Style magazine, showing the two engaged in a heavy makeout session in a jacuzzi at a private resort in Mexico. We're told, however, these photos only show part of the fun the couple had. Arriba!
TMZ has learned that the rest of the roll shows the two not only making out, but having hardcore sex in the hot tub. A source who has seen the photos tells TMZ that they are "Paris sex tape-level scandalous," and include images of the couple in several different sex positions. That's hot!

As Lindsay Lohan tries to recover in rehab, it's apparent that someone in her inner circle is trying to torpedo her progress. With frenemies like these ... who needs enemies?!
This week, year-old pictures featuring a knife-wielding Lindsay with Vanessa Minnillo were plastered all over the Internet and in the tabloids. TMZ has confirmed that these pictures were stolen from LiLo's apartment -- and sold to a UK tabloid! Cha-ching!
We've also learned that Lindsay has had only three or four visitors at Promises -- all friends, no family (paging Dina Lohan!) -- but information about her has been leaked to the National Enquirer! One of her so-called BFFs is blabbing, and Lilo's not happy about it.
TMZ contacted Lindsay's rep, who would not comment on exactly who is talking about Linds. As for the pics, the rep told us, "Unfortunately, we live in a society where we allow stolen pictures to make a profit. I can't believe magazines would purchase and publish stolen, personal photos. If anyone wants to step up to the plate and donate the profits from their sale, we would be happy to point you in the direction of a charity in need."

TMZ caught the former "TRL" host with boyfriend Nick Lachey leaving Joseph's Cafe in Hollywood last night (where they make one helluva falafel). Minnillo was looking great -- despite the horror of pictures making the rounds -- showing Lindsay Lohan holding a knife to her throat -- or was that someone who just looks like Vanessa?
Nick's bro Drew and wife Lea, Lance Bass and galpal "Entourage" hottie Emmanuelle Chriqui, Wilmer Valderrama -- and his hot Lamborghini -- and DJ Paul from Three 6 Mafia were all at the restaurant/club last night.
Also out last night were Kim Kardashian and "The Departed" badass Ray Winstone at Koi, and Stevie Wonder back for more dumplings at Mr. Chow with rapper Won G.

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo hit up the opening of the Cove Atlantis Hotel in the Bahamas and enjoyed everything the island had to offer: sun, sea, and beverages.
The pair strolled the beach of Paradise Island this weekend ... looking like the beautiful people they are.
