Vince Shlomi, aka the ShamWow guy, has been injured yet again ... but this time in a non-prostitute fight kind of way.
Miami Beach police tell us the television pitch-man was involved in a head-on collision in Miami Beach late Thursday night. Three vehicles were involved in the accident -- and Shlomi was in one of the two vehicles that struck each other head-on at an intersection. Random Pixels first reported the incident. There were no fatalities.
Mount Sinai hospital in Miami Beach confirms that Shlomi was taken to the ER as a result of the collision, but was released around 6 a.m. Friday morning -- just in time to catch one of his commercials on reruns.

Vince Shlomi -- the pitchman who went ShamPOW on a hooker who bit his tongue after he tried kissing her -- says he's gone cold turkey on prostitutes.
Shlomi and his paid lady friend were arrested in Miami Beach back in February for felony aggravated battery, but last night outside Kitson, Shlomi said he "gave up" paying for it.
...or at least now he knows kissing costs extra.

How much blood do you think a ShamWow can clean up?
New police evidence photos taken shortly after Vince Shlomi (aka the ShamWow guy) allegedly fought a Miami hooker show that neither party came away unscathed. The pics, obtained by The Smoking Gun, show the bloody sheets and even a bloody cordless phone left behind.
According to the arrest affidavit, Shlomi began kissing the hooker when she allegedly "bit his tongue and would not let go." He then punched the prostitute several times. Both were arrested for felony battery, but the case was eventually dropped.

This is what ShamWow can do for you -- allegedly. Take a look at Vince Shlomi's handiwork. The hooker pictured below -- Sasha Harris -- allegedly bit his tongue during a "business" meeting, so he punched her in return.
Both Harris and Shlomi were arrested, but prosecutors dropped the case.

This is what retaliation looks like after a hooker tries to bite someone's tongue off -- as in the tongue of ShamWow pitchman Vince Shlomi.
Shlomi allegedly hired Sasha Harris in Miami Beach last month. Cops say he took her back to his hotel, and began kissing her when she allegedly "bit his tongue and would not let go."
Police arrested Shlomi for punching Harris several times until she released his tongue. Both were busted for felony battery, but prosecutors dropped the case.

The pitchman for the super absorbent ShamWow has been arrested for not having good clean fun ... unless you consider hiring a hooker who almost bites your tongue off fun.
Vince Shlomi was arrested in Miami Beach last month after cops say he allegedly hired a hooker, whom he took back to his hotel. According to the arrest affidavit, obtained by The Smoking Gun, Shlomi began kissing the hooker when she allegedly "bit his tongue and would not let go."
According to cops, Shlomi then punched the prostitute several times until she released his tongue. Both the prostitute and Shlomi were arrested for felony aggravated battery.
Excuse us for living, but it seems justified to punch a hooker when she bites your tongue. Apparently, prosecutors agreed, because they declined to prosecute either one.
