Joe Simpson's ~~bestseller~~ oldest daughter, Jessica, bounced around New York last night, wearing sheer black drapery that left too much to the imagination.

Jess, carrying a purse that looked like a bit of wrapped up toffee, went to celeb-infested eatery, Waverly Inn, where she suddenly announced to photogs, "I'm working!"

Chewing is a form of working, right?
