Ashton Kutcher and Wilmer Valderrama both starred on "That '70s Show" and they both had their birthdays in NYC last night -- separately.
So let's see here: Ashton's party had Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow, Salma Hayek, Kate Hudson, Eric Dane, Liv Tyler, Ivanka Trump, blah, blah, blah and ... not Wilmer.
Wilmer had -- well, the party was sponsored by Don Julio tequila.

It was an utter pap-apalooza this weekend on Robertson Boulevard, as a bevy of shop-happy beauties battered their Black Cards along the trendy street.
TMZ cameras caught unspeakably gorgeous Kate Beckinsale dropping some dough at Kitson Men as Wilmer Valderrama hawked his clothing line -- in fact, sources tell TMZ that Wilmer was crestfallen that he didn't get an introduction to the "Underworld" star while they were in there.
Also out on the Bob -- Shanna Moakler, Christina Milian and her mom, Jenny McCarthy (shopping for Jim Carrey perhaps?) and David Spade, who banged a u-turn to avoid the paps ... and possibly even McCarthy herself.

The hottie threesome were all at Luxor's club LAX, getting their party on with shots of tequila after the opening of Company -- their restaurant partnership.
Though the boys had no trouble downing their Patron, Nicky had to sip hers.

Brit soccer hottie David Beckham came, saw and ... got benched? Only a week after conquering American shores, Becks found out that a bum ankle will keep him from playing soccer today. Beckham's team, the L.A. Galaxy, go up against Chelsea FC, which features many of Becks' former England national teammates.
Instead of roughing it up on the field, Becks, along with wife-y Posh, will reportedly be enjoying a "welcome to L.A." party hosted by new neighbors and BFFs Tom and Katie Cruise and Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith.
In the meantime, Becks has been spotted out with Princess Posh, protecting her crotch from camera shots. Nice save!
Bongo-playing mimbo Matthew McConaughey may look like a natural wave rider, but in order to be ready for his next movie, "Surfer Dude" (wonder what that's about?), McConaughey's been taking surfing lessons. Page Six reports that muscle-y McConaughey's been spotted in Malibu accompanied by a surf coach in a kayak and two friends. Hang ten, dude!
They were thick as thieves on TV and during the early days, but now it seems the castmates of "That '70s Show" just can't find the time for one another. Case in point: tonight wiley Wilmer Valderrama launches his fashion line Calavena in The Hamptons at Stereo. Will his castmates and formerly close friends Topher Grace and Danny Masterson be in attendance? Not so, reports the N.Y. Post. It looks like Grace's dance card is full -- he'll be in the Hamptons, but at the Estate, at another fashion show, and Masterson is booked for an appearance at Dune. Borrowing a move from the David Spade PR playbook, Wilmer Valderrama was spotted giving a couple of bucks to a homeless man outside club LAX last night.
Wilmer was in a good mood as he left the Hollywood club Sunday evening, tossing a few dollars into a bum's cup as he chatted up TMZ's camera.
Looks like he's putting that "Yo Momma" money to good use.

Nick's bro Drew and wife Lea, Lance Bass and galpal "Entourage" hottie Emmanuelle Chriqui, Wilmer Valderrama -- and his hot Lamborghini -- and DJ Paul from Three 6 Mafia were all at the restaurant/club last night.
Also out last night were Kim Kardashian and "The Departed" badass Ray Winstone at Koi, and Stevie Wonder back for more dumplings at Mr. Chow with rapper Won G.

Looks like there's no bad blood between ex-flames Lindsay Lohan and Wilmer Valderrama.
The two were spotted chatting by the pool at the Delano in Miami on Monday -- both were in town to celebrate New Year's Eve. According to sources, Lindsay called to Wilmer as he walked by, and the two took some time to catch up as the year ticked down.
Though things looked cheery, chances for a reunion are probably slim -- this is the same guy that blabbed on Howard Stern about her fire-less crotch.

For a guy who says he hates cameras, Tyrese sure seems to find the spotlight a lot.
TMZ cameras were at the Video Game Awards in Hollywood this weekend when we ran into Tyrese, who showed us a lotta love. Last time we were face to face with this hotshot, he shouted at our cameras, "Stop f***in' filming me, man." This time he made sure to get in our good graces.
Also at the event were stunning Rachael Leigh Cook, funny guy Seth Green, and The Man of Steel -- Brandon Routh.
Jessica Biel and Wilmer Valderrama showed up looking as sleek as ever for the Breakthrough Awards. Joining them were "Dreamgirls" star Jennifer Hudson, Justin Long (you know, the Mac commercial guy), and Jared Leto.

TMZ's Josh Levine and our cameras were all over the place on Wednesday night stopping by all of LA's hotspots.
We started the night out at new hotspot Boulevard3 where JT brought sexy back by unveiling the Spring 2007 line for his label William Rast. Celebs like Paris Hilton, MTV personality Nick Cannon, Diddy's former butler Farnsworth Bentley, hip-hop hottie Eve, "That '70s Show" star Wilmer Valderrama, JC Chasez and the star of "House of Carters" Nick Carter were all there to support the former *NSYNCer's fashion endeavors.
From there it was on to Mel's Diner for E!''s "The Soup" 103rd episode party where we hung out with Nick Carter (once again), this time with his younger brother Aaron. Also out to enjoy the free milkshakes legendary porn star Ron Jeremy and Top Model winner Adrianne Curry, who was with hubby Peter Brady aka Christopher Knight.
At the end of the night we thought we would stop by one of our favorite spots Hyde and were able to catch a few stars on their way out. We spotted Nick Cannon (again) leaving with new gal pal Kim Kardashian and Donald Faison with assistant turned celebutante CaCee Cobb.

A parking meter wasn't the only thing Lindsay Lohan ran into Monday night at hotspot Shag -- she also met up with ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama.
Lohan, who reportedly split with boyfriend Harry Morton over the weekend, showed up with two girlfriends while Valderrama went to the VIP area with a group of his guy friends.
While onlookers call the interaction between the two awkward at first, they appeared to be engaged in "friendly conversation" by the end of the night and "it looked like they were catching up." The awkward start could have something to do with the comments Wilmer made about Lindsay on the Howard Stern Show back in March, when he said she was one of the best women he's had in bed and talked about her fire-less crotch.
Lohan wasn't looking for a rebound from Morton though - the two left separately.

The stars were out on Tuesday night and TMZ's ace cameraman Josh Levine was there to catch all the action going down.
Our first stop of the night was trendy restaurant Mr. Chow where we ran into Al Michaels. The legendary sportscaster showed up to the spot solo, giving TMZ a quick shout out on his way in.
From there it was off to Les Deux where we were invited to Mark Burnett's launch party for his Gold Rush, his new online treasure hunt with AOL. The guest list was filled with celebs like "That 70's Show" star Wilmer Valderrama, funny girl Kathy Griffin and the stunning Tori Spelling who worked the red carpet with (and without) husband Dean McDermott.
We ended our night at Hollywood hotspot Hyde where it was going off, as usual. We spotted Hyde's most popular underage partier "Laguna Beach" star Kristin Cavallari, hip-hop mogul Suge Knight, "Pirates of the Caribbean" hunk Orlando Bloom, mid-90's B-lister Pauly Shore and Chris Rock, who looked like he had no idea why he was in the same place with people listed above.
