Believe it or not, Winona Ryder has been in the industry for over 20 years.
Here's the 17-year-old starlet back in 1989 (left) -- and 20 years later, the 37-year-old version at an event in NYC in May (right).
She should be arrested for looking this good.

A hugely expensive bracelet on loan to Winona Ryder has gone missing in Spain, but it's Winona who feels like the victim.
Here's the lowdown. Winona was in Madrid Sunday for a Marie Claire event. Marie Claire had given Winona a Bulgari bracelet and a ring to wear, worth $125,000. She also got a dress, shoes and some other stuff to wear to the shindig.
After Winona left Madrid, the bracelet and ring turned up missing. There's a report in a French magazine saying Winona claimed she went to the front desk at the hotel and gave the jewelry to the front desk, but the surveillance cam doesn't show her doing that. The intimation -- Winona stole the bling.
In fact, we know what happened. The morning after the event, around 6:00 AM, Winona checked out of the hotel. No one from Marie Claire was around to collect the stuff, so she left everything in her hotel room.
Our sources confirm the bracelet and ring did indeed turn up missing -- the dress and other stuff weren't taken. We're told Winona never said she had taken the jewels to the front desk, and whoever planted the story may be covering up for someone who had access to the room after she left.
So far, Winona has not been contacted by the police.

Winona Ryder celebrated the five-year anniversary of her shoplifting arrest with -- what else? -- a shopping trip!
Ryder and an unidentified companion swept through a department store at the Beverly Center yesterday, trying to evade the glare of a cameraman's lens. Winona gets a rather wide-eyed look from one clerk while she handles a hanger, then has her friend carry the bags out of the store. We're assuming she paid for the Starbucks coffee with which she attempts to hide her face.
On December 12, 2001, Ryder was arrested at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills for attempting to filch thousands of dollars worth of clothes and accessories. She was convicted of felony grand theft and vandalism, but the charges were later reduced to misdemeanors.
It's unclear whether the merchandise was pre-emptively chained to the rack prior to Ryder's arrival.

With two of his more famous ex-girlfriends shopping around the city arm-in-arm, Johnny Depp should probably avoid New York right now. Kate Moss and Winona Ryder were spotted perusing the racks at Marc Jacobs in NYC, clinging to each other as they walked through the store. While Moss looked amazing in a short black dress and flashy leopard jacket, Winona was a bit more incognito, hiding under a cap and big sunglasses.
Johnny Depp dated Ryder in the early 90s and even tattooed "Winona Forever" on his arm. He later changed the tat to "Wino Forever" when they split. The "Pirates" star then dated Moss from 1995-1997, and was engaged to both of them.
Of course, the two have more then Depp in common -- both have had high profile run-ins with the law -- Winona for shoplifting more than $5,500 of goods from Saks Fifth Avenue and Kate for the now infamous video of her allegedly snorting cocaine.

1) Brendan Has Just GOTTA KNOW: Where are Freddie Prinze Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar? After they got married they fell off the face of the earth!
Seems as though Freddie and Sarah Michelle have joined the likes of Ashton and Demi-- after marriage, they go into hiding! But don't mistake their departure from the public eye as career-idleness. The former "Buffy" star's latest movie "The Return" is set to hit theaters on November 17. In this dramatic flick, nightmares about a woman who has died 25 years ago begin to plague a young successful business woman. Hubby Prinze, Jr. will also be working on the movie "Dick and Jane vs. the World" opposite Taryn Manning. Here, Prinze plays a cynical man who falls for a woman full of energy and love for life, leading to a cultural revolution. Filming is expected to begin late summer of '06. 2) Crystal Has Just GOTTA KNOW: What's up with Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler? Do either one have any projects going on and will they return to MTV?
Unfortunately, the second season of "Meet the Barkers" was the last for both MTV and the diversely appealing married couple. During the "extended hiatus" of Blink 182, Travis has been working with the rock band +44 (in which former band mate Mark Hoppus is a member) and is helping prepare for their 4th quarter release. Along with mothering three children, Shanna Moakler stays busy in the professional world as well. She continues to serve as women's fashion designer for the clothing line Famous Stars and Straps. Shanna is also working on a project set for announcement in August, so stay tuned to TMZ for the lowdown on that. 
3) Liz Has Just GOTTA KNOW: What's up with Winona Ryder? Where is she hiding? Is that it for her? No more movies?
Although Winona Ryder has had a run of bad legal luck in the past few years, she hasn't let her misfortune set her back. Winona has been working on a couple of movies, "Sex & Death 101" and "Alpha Numeric" to name a few. "Sex & Death 101" focuses on a man whose life is turned upside down by a single email. The mysterious email is a list of 101 women with whom he's had -- and (strangely enough) will have -- sexual relations. The going gets tough when Gillian (Ryder) and this playboy cross paths as she seeks out men guilty of sexual crimes. In "Alpha Numeric" a young New York Times investigative reporter cracks a Moscow-based worldwide trafficking ring, but ends up in the middle of the mess. Expect to see both movies out next year.
