Woody had demanded ten mil from American Apparel for doctoring an image from "Annie Hall" to make him look like a rabbi for the 2007 ad. But today -- literally minutes before jury selection was set to begin for the trial -- the two sides reached a settlement.

The Mandarin Hotel was bursting with big celebs, including bubbly talk show hostess Ellen DeGeneres, Mississippi native Faith Hill, Gwen's guy Gavin Rossdale, and an off-the-market Usher.
Woody Allen's latest muse, Scarlett Johansson, made a hasty retreat from "Good Morning America" -- while "GMA" personality Robin Roberts hung out after the show to sign autographs.
Unusually chipper Cameron Diaz, wearing aerobics attire, was seen boarding her trailer while on the set of her upcoming movie, "What Happens in Vegas..."

Scarlett Johansson Gets Woody Going
It's always great when stars are praised by their peers. But when Woody Allen praises 21 year-old Scarlett Johansson, it gives the world a slightly uneasy feeling. Woody says Scarlett, who starred in his Oscar-nominated movie "Match Point," was "just touched by God." 
"She's very sexy, very pretty," he says. Allen has a history of taking a liking to young beauties and that apparently isn't any different in this case.
Scarlett the starlet is also starring in Bob Dylan's video for his latest song "When the Deal Goes Down." It seems that Johansson is just too much for the older gentleman to pass up.
