Wyclef Jean wants to set the record straight: The reason his unfinished Miami home went into foreclosure ain't his fault.
Jean insists his Dade County pad is not being auctioned off -- despite what these papers say.
He says was "robbed" by a dirty contractor who "sat on the job for two years." The house was set to be sold at a foreclosure auction last month -- seems Mr. Wy didn't pay his $2 million mortgage.
Wyclef claims all is now squared away with the bank. He now says he plans to sell the house for a profit. Interesting concept, since the loan is for more than $2 mil and the property recently was appraised at $1.4 mil.

Wyclef Jean was feeling charitable at the House of Blues last night -- and decided to give a free concert ticket to a random, homeless parolee he met outside!
The grateful man grabbed the ticket and immediately went after some scalpers -- because seeing a show probably isn't very high on his "I need to get my life together" list.
Nice try, 'Clef. Next time, throw him a twenty.

Wyclef finished his performance with a far-from-Jimi-Hendrix-caliber rendition of the Star Spangled Banner.

Former Fugee Wyclef Jean and supermodel Petra Nemcova were grinding all over the dance floor at Club PM in NY's Meatpacking District. It was club owner Unik Ernest's birthday party/launch of his charity --Edeyo -- a foundation to aid impoverished children in Haiti.

Trunktabulous Kim Kardashian hopped out of her white Range Rover to eat at eat. on sunset while stepbrother Brody Jenner was hangin' loose at Les Deux. Jason "Gummi Bear" Davis was also taking up space at the Euro-lounge. He actually got in!
"Transformers" screened (finally!) during the L.A. Film Festival -- star Tyrese Gibson and director Michael Bay stopped by the after party at Winston's. As he left the party, "Desperate Housewives" hunk Josh Henderson revealed that he and former flame Paris Hilton have been "MySpacing."

All that booty-shaking was a little too much for Wyclef to handle at last night's Grammy performance.
The former Fugee couldn't keep his hands off of himself during the erotic performance -- grabbing his package every chance he could.
As 'Clef and Shakira belted out their hit, "Hips Don't Lie," Wyclef adjusted his junk at least eight times on live television.
Richard Simmons would be so proud!

Pink and her motocross husband Cary Hart heated up the red carpet at last night's X-Games 12 kick off event in Hollywood. The couple locked lips for photogs before heading into the party, which also served as the introduction of Saturn's new hybrid SUV.
Lindsay Lohan, who is apparently everywhere lately, was also on hand for the event where Wyclef Jean performed "Perfect Gentlemen." Leonardo DiCaprio, known for his environmental causes, also made a pit-stop at the party.
Though Leo probably doesn't need to be saving any money, the new hybrid VUE GreenLine offers customers a way to "go green" for under 25k.
