Candy Spelling has settled up with her ex-maid.
You'll recall -- and we'll never forget -- Tori Spelling's mom was sued by Lourdes Serrano, who claimed, among other things, Candy was a tightwad boss, making her clock out for 10-minute breaks twice a day and not paying the downtime.
We just got legal docs showing the case settled last Tuesday. The terms are confidential. We're told the maid got chump change -- but someone in Candy's camp said, "Maybe in maid money it's a lot."

Why is Baskin-Robbins trotting out Tori Spelling to push its new line of soft-serve ice cream on other pregnant women when soft-serve is a known taboo for preggo women?

Several sources in the know -- including one pregnant OB/GYN -- tell TMZ that there are "definite" health risks associated with soft-serve ice cream for expectant moms because of Listeria bacteria. Softie machines can be studded with bacteria that can cause all kinds of issues for newborns -- in fact, Down Under, it's pretty much forbidden for preggo women.
B-R tells TMZ in a statement, "Our Soft Serve products are continuously monitored by our suppliers, and our pasteurization process is state inspected and certified on a regular basis. The only way Listeria, which has been found in a variety of raw foods, can be found in soft serve would be through improper pasteurization."

Candy and Tori Spelling squared off in a tribute to Aaron on Sunday night's Emmys. The feuding mother and daughter of the famed producer who passed away earlier this summer sat on opposite sides of the room as they watched the moving tribute to Aaron Spelling.
TMZ has created a Dynasty-esque tribute of our own, with even more drama than you saw on NBC.

With reports of Tori Spelling's recent money woes, TMZ has learned that it was her first wedding that got the ball rolling in the rift between the "90210" star and her mother -- eventually leading to Tori's inheritance being torpedoed.
Tori was married to Charlie Shanian in July of 2004 at the Spelling's 56,000 square foot Holmby Hills estate and Candy Spelling planned the whole thing. She opened her wallet big time, hiring famed wedding planner Mindy Weiss and the tony Mark's Garden for the floral arrangements. We're told Candy dropped a cool mil on the affair. But a family friend tells TMZ, Tori felt utterly shortchanged. The friend tells TMZ that Tori thought the wedding "wasn't big enough."
Candy, on the other hand, felt slighted that Tori did not include enough of Candy's friends on the guest list. The two fought the entire time leading up to the wedding, at times not speaking to each other.

Candy Spelling's people are saying her mega-mansion is not for sale -- but here's the real deal.
As TMZ reported yesterday, Spelling, whose husband Aaron died June 23, has given Westside Estate Agency (WEA) a "pocket listing" on her 56,000-square-foot Holmby Hills mansion. Asking price: a cool $150 million.
Here's how it all went down. Someone from Candy's office contacted WEA, asking if the company had a buyer "in the 100 to 200 million dollar range." Candy's rep said her boss didn't want to list the property for sale but would do what is called a "one-party exclusive" if a qualified buyer offered up $150 million.

TMZ has learned that Candy Spelling, Aaron's widow, has quietly put the Spellings' legendary mansion on the market for $150 million.
Sources in the real estate industry say Westside Estate Agency (WEA) has a pocket listing on the 56,000 square foot estate, meaning it is quietly being shopped among realtors and select buyers. The mansion, located in the exclusive Holmby Hills area of L.A., was completed in 1991 for around $47 million, which includes $10 million for the land.
One real estate source says Candy Spelling has let a lot of people on the staff go and that the buzz is that she is going to shut the house down so it can be shown by realtors. Aaron Spelling died on June 23.

I'm told that Candy Spelling is "devastated" over the loss of her husband, Aaron. Some of her friends visited Candy at her mansion on Saturday to comfort her.
Aaron's death was not a surprise -- he was very ill for a very long time -- but the grim reality is never easy to handle once it happens.
Of the people I know who were there, no one saw Tori. It's no secret that she was feuding with both her mom and dad before his death. Candy was especially outraged at Tori's reality show, in which Candy feels she was unfairly trashed.
Tori has issued a statement that she made peace with Aaron before his death. She visited him last week, though I'm told she was not there when he died. Tori has made no mention of peace with her mom.
Aaron Spelling was a wildly successful and rich man, so presumably Candy is now in control. It will be interesting to see how that plays out with Tori. In Hollywood, power shifts have a way of changing everything.

LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Aaron Spelling, a onetime movie bit player who created a massive number of hit series, from the vintage "Charlie's Angels" and "Dynasty" to "Beverly Hills 90210" and "Melrose Place," died Friday, his publicist said. He was 83.
Spelling died at his home in Los Angeles after suffering a stroke on June 18, according to publicist Kevin Sasaki.
Spelling's other hit series included "Love Boat," "Fantasy Island," "Burke's Law," "The Mod Squad," "Starsky and Hutch," "T.J. Hooker," "Matt Houston," "Hart to Hart" and "Hotel." He kept his hand in 21st-century TV with series including "7th Heaven" and "Summerland."
He also produced more than 140 television movies. Among the most notable: "Death Sentence" (1974), Nick Nolte's first starring role; "The Boy in the Plastic Bubble" (1976), John Travolta's first dramatic role; and "The Best Little Girl in the World" (1981), which starred Jennifer Jason Leigh.
During the 1970s and 1980s, Spelling provided series and movies exclusively for ABC and is credited for the network's rise to major status. Jokesters referred to it as "The Aaron Broadcasting Company."

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Television producer Aaron Spelling suffered a stroke over the weekend at his Holmby Hills estate and he's being treated at home, his publicist said Wednesday.
"He had a stroke Sunday at home," spokesman Kevin Sasaki said, adding doctors were treating the 83-year-old producer at his mansion The Manor.
The producer of such TV shows as "Beverly Hills 90210," "Charlie's Angels," "Dynasty," Love Boat," "Melrose Place" and "Fantasy Island" is conscious and resting comfortably, Sasaki said. Spelling's wife Candy has been at his side.
The seriousness of the stroke was unclear. Sasaki said he wasn't aware of any paralysis.
"I don't know the extent of it," Sasaki said. "But if it had been some incredible degree he would have been taken to the hospital."
Spelling's other hit series included "Burke's Law," "The Mod Squad," "Starsky and Hutch," "T.J. Hooker," "Matt Houston," "Hart to Hart" and "Hotel."
He also produced more than 140 television movies, including "Death Sentence" (1974), Nick Nolte's first starring role, and "The Boy in the Plastic Bubble" (1976), John Travolta's first dramatic role.
Spelling and his second wife, Candy, have two children, actress Tori Spelling and actor Randy, who appeared in the short-lived "Malibu Shores."

Famed producer Aaron Spelling has been hit with a lawsuit, claiming he repeatedly placed his hand on the "groin and genital area" of the former nurse who cared for him.
In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Charlene Richards alleges Spelling also grabbed her breasts, exposed himself to her, and masturbated in her presence. And it gets even more lurid.
According to the lawsuit, the 82-year-old producer of 'Melrose Place,' 'Charlie's Angels' and other hits solicited oral sex, stuck his tongue in her mouth and talked "about his own sexual liaisons with actresses."
In the suit, Richards says that Spelling bragged "that he had many actresses who would come into his office and perform oral sex on him."
The lawsuit, filed against Spelling and his wife Candy, alleges sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and sexual battery.
Spelling sued Richards for defamation last November, claiming she violated a confidentiality agreement by spreading rumors that he sexually harassed her. In that case, Spelling claimed Richards threatened to reveal secrets about him unless he paid her "an unspecified amount." Spelling's lawsuit alleges Richards' "goal in life is to find a rich man to support her in a lavish manner."
Bert Fields, Spelling's lawyer, tells TMZ, Richards' lawsuit is "totally baseless." Fields adds, "Anyone who knows Aaron knows that he would not, could not and never would behave in that way."
