Levi says 'Tonight Show' Shat on Him

Levi Johnston is furious over a William Shatner skit on Wednesday's "Tonight Show"-- in which Levi was made to look like a racially insensitive pothead -- claiming the outrageous Twitter posts Conan attributed to Levi were fake.

William Shatner: Click to watch
Rex Butler -- Levi's lawyer -- tells TMZ the Alaskan is demanding a retraction from NBC. What really pisses Butler off ... before Shatner's dramatic reading of Levi's putative Twitter page, Conan said: "All real ... we did not make these up."

Butler says the Twitter page is NOT Levi's and that, "We are in the process of dealing with Twitter first. I think they have an obligation once something like this happens to make some kind of corrective measure."

Among the Tweets that were read poetry-style by Shatner ... "Anybody know where I can get some good weed" and "Whats the deal with the taxi drivers not speaking English, is there a law against it?"

So far, not a tweet from NBC.

Jon & Kate Have a Date -- With Judge

We've learned the judge in the Kate Gosselin vs. Jon Gosselin case (formerly known as ("Jon & Kate Plus 8") will hold a conference call between the battling lawyers in the next half hour, and there could be an order forcing Jon to return several hundred thousand dollars back to their joint account.

Jon & Kate Have a Date -- With Judge

It will be interesting if the judge lets Jon's lawyer, Mark Heller, on the call -- he's not licensed to practice in PA.

Kate Asks Judge to Throw Book at Jon

Kate Gosselin has filed legal papers in a Pennsylvania court this morning to force her estranged hubby Jon Gosselin to return the $230,000 he took out of their joint bank account ... and to have him cited for contempt for good measure.

Kate claims Jon raided their joint account, leaving her with only $1,000.

Kate's lawyer, Mark Momjian, tells TMZ he filed the papers this morning and noted to the judge that Jon allegedly violated an order prohibiting him from taking anything out of the account without Kate's sign-off.

Momjian claims Jon and his lawyer, Mark Heller, have harassed Kate with frivolous legal maneuvers and wants the judge to nail her estranged hubby with financial sanctions.

And there's this ... Heller, who is not a member of the Pennsylvania bar, is asking the judge for special permission to rep Jon in this case. Momjian says he filed papers opposing that move, on grounds Heller effectively lied to the court by failing to mention -- as he's required to do -- that he was suspended by the New York bar for a variety of misdeeds. Oops.

The judge has been asked to make a ruling, stat.

Miley Won't Go Away That Easily

Repeat after us: Miley Cyrus is alive.

We clarify because some creep hacked into Miley's YouTube account this weekend and posted a video which read, "Miley died this morning after being hit by a drunk driver. She always told us if anything ever happened to her then tell her loyal fans first before the public. R.I.P Miley, we'll never forget you!" The weird message has been pulled down.

Miley was out about all weekend -- so once again -- she's very much not dead.
