Titan from "American Gladiators" is betting big that MMA Fighter/Maxim hottie Gina Carano is gonna win her fight Saturday night -- and he should know ... Gina used to be a "Gladiator" with him. 'Memba Crush?
Titan told us he's so confident Gina -- who's the underdog -- will "kill" Cristiane "Cyborg" Santos for the women's Mixed Martial Arts championship belt that he's gonna bet "500 bucks" on her ... which means he'll get a $850 payout if she reigns supreme.
If Gina does happens to win the Showtime throwdown ... we hope she does so with a rear naked choke.

These days it seems every reality show is contractually bound to have one former stripper in their midst -- "American Gladiators" now has at least two!
While fellow "Gladiator" Militia wasn't technically a stripper -- just a porn star -- Justice's exotic dancing past has been, er, exposed. Six years ago, Justice went by Thunder as part of the male revue, Bare Assets.
Judging by the bill in his underwear, it appears you can buy Justice!

He's a giant beast of a man -- but that didn't scare the Hyde doorman into letting American Gladiator Mayhem into the club, known for its D-list denials.
After a couple phone calls, to no avail, the 6'6", 230-lb. spandex-rocker slinked away, trying to hide his face behind his girlfriend!

TMZ was there last night when former "American Gladiator" Lace was released from a Van Nuys jail -- and she was not happy to see cameras on her way out!
Lace, aka Marisa Pare, was busted for possession of narcotic paraphernalia and shouted, "Should I just kick you in the balls now?!" at our photog.
