'Top Model' Arrested -- Not Very PC

Bre Scullark"Top Model" semi-finalist Brittany "Bre" Scullark better practice smiling with her eyes -- for the judge.

Police tell TMZ the Cycle 5 contestant was arrested in NYC Monday for disorderly conduct after getting into it with a woman at a local Starbucks -- a woman who claims Bre took her laptop and wouldn't give it back.

We're told Scullark was at the coffee shop and picked up a computer which wasn't hers -- thinking it belonged to a family member. When the owner asked for it back, Bre got rowdy and started cussing her out, insisting it was a relative's.

Bre was taken into police custody and issued a court summons.

She'll appear before a judge at a later date.

'Top Model' Auditions: Now with Less Carnage!

The do over auditions in New York for "America's Next Top Model" today have gone off without a hitch ... and all it took was one violent, bloody riot of hungry models to teach the organizers a lesson.

America's Next Top Model
The would-be models were all greeted by actual police officers and efficient checkpoint stations set up for today's event, instead of smoking cars, trampled bodies and broken high heels. The whole operation was designed to keep the crowd calm.

Unfortunately, not everything was so perfect -- a huge rainstorm hit early this morning, soaking all the wannabe models. Which, actually isn't a bad visual.

'Top Model' Winner: Replicant?

Here's "America's Next Top Model" cycle 7 winner CariDee English at some event last week (left) -- and Rutger Hauer as Roy Batty, the leader of the Nexus-6 replicants in the 1982 film "Blade Runner."

Caridee and Rutger Hauer

One of them has genius level intellect.

We're just sayin'.

"Next Top Model" Audition: What A Riot!

The next potential winner of "America's Next Top Model" may have almost been crushed to death ... and not because of crippling body image issues.

Three people were arrested and four were treated by medics after a riot broke out in Manhattan yesterday during an audition for the show.

The streets erupted when a mob of almost 10,000 model wannabes overwhelmed security and were thrown into a frenzy after a man allegedly yelled that a smoking car on the street was about to blow up.

In the end, everyone went home and threw up ... you know, because they were so shaken from the incident.

"Top Model" Photo Director Really Negative

Jay ManuelA talent agency is suing one of the stars of "America's Next Top Model," claiming money stuff. But wait till you hear how much this dude rakes in on the show!

Juan (aka Jay) Manuel is the guy who directs photo shoots on the show and give the girls advice -- how they can get perkier...you know what we're sayin'.

According to the suit, filed yesterday in L.A. County Superior court, Jay began the run by getting $30,000 an episode! In our world, that's insane. And it went up to $40k an episode.

The suit claims Jay scored a total of $405,000 for his "work" on the show but Thruline Entertainment, Inc., got bubkes. They say they were his manager and entitled to 10%, so they're suing for $40,500.00

Sounds like everyone is overpaid on this gig.

Tyra Gets Frenched

Tyra Banks and "America's Next Top Model" are the latest targets of the hilarious comedy of "Ab-Fab's" Saunders and French. They've adapted Miss Banks, given her 18-foot legs and a bit of an English accent.

Apparently, our friends across the pond are just as obsessed as we are with the trials and tribulations of struggling models.

It's hard to be pretty!
