The Pussycat Dolls performed last night in Atlanta -- minus reality TV show winner Asia.
While sources told TMZ last week that the Diva-licious Asia isn't "the best match" for the scantily clad girl group, a rep for the show "The Search for the Next Doll" assures us that Asia will still purr with the Pussycats. Her absence from last night's performance was planned and there are no plans for her to join them until after this tour wraps in two days.
Asia is set join the rest of the gang to record the Dolls' second album and will tour with them then.
In other PCD news -- TMZ spotted Robin Antin, the creator of the group, dancing last night with the runners-up on the reality series, Chelsea and Melissa, at the opening of the Stoli Hotel in Hollywood. A second season of the show is also rumored to be coming soon, though Warner Bros. denies another season is in the pipeline.

The search for the next Pussycat Doll ended last night with the crowning of Asia as the next doll, but a TMZ source believes that this girl probably "isn't the best match for the group."
If you watched the show, you'll remember Asia's numerous Diva-like demands and negative interaction with other wannabe pussies. Although Asia performed with the rest of the Dolls at the end of last night's show, our source says that it doesn't necessarily mean that she will go on to be a part of the group; she could be cast as a backup dancer or singer, or could be setup with the Vegas Dolls show -- probably not something the bratty songbird will sing about.
Adding irritation for the new Pussycat: Our sources have revealed exclusively to TMZ that the show has been picked up for another season, although it's being denied by a Warner rep. For Asia's sake, let's hope she drops the 'tude and falls in line -- cause another replacement is just a season -- and litter -- away.
TMZ contacted a Warner Bros. spokesperson who told us, "Asia is absolutely a member of the recording group, not the Vegas lounge, and will tour with the group and record for the Dolls' second album."

Your cell phone's pretty cool, isn't it? Takes pictures, videos, sends messages, browses the web, blah, blah, blah. Guess what? The rest of the world -- especially Europe and Asia -- thinks your super-cool phone is about as rad as two tin cans and a string.
It turns out that the slow-moving Federal Communications Commission and fickle consumers keep the United States cell phone market pretty backwards compared to the rest of the world. For instance, in Japan, the Sharp 905SH phone allows users to watch TV -- and record their favorite shows as well to watch on its swivel screen, just like portable TiVo. In fact, Japan has a digital broadcast standard in place just for cell phones.
