The creator of "Entourage" is vowing to put a stop to the gay and racial "jokes" being thrown around on the set of his show, after one of the stars revealed he's "occasionally" targeted ... and unhappy about it.
Rex Lee -- who plays Lloyd on the show -- was out in L.A. yesterday, where he claimed certain members of the crew "occasionally" make fun of his ethnicity and sexuality on set. Rex added, "I try not to let it bother me."
After Lee's admission, the show's creator Doug Ellin told TMZ he's "shocked and horrified" to hear about the situation and "will be speaking to everybody before we start filming again in March. It's not something condoned or acceptable."
Ellin also told us he already spoke to Lee -- and during the convo, Rex re-confirmed that crew members had made "insensitive gay jokes."
Ellin claims he's now going to lay down the gauntlet, telling Rex if it happens again, the culprit will be fired.

Miley Cyrus says she's the victim of an Asian ploy and is now lashing out at the people who sued her for an alleged racist photo.
Lucie Kim had sued Miley for $4 billion, on behalf of all Asian-Pacific Islanders in L.A. County. We've just obtained docs Miley filed, asking the judge to sanction Kim's lawyers for filing "a manifestly frivolous" lawsuit that amounts to nothing more than a "publicity stunt in an effort to publicly embarrass and harass [Miley] and to obtain a large and quick class-action settlement."
Miley's legal team wants Kim's lawyers to fork over the $26,685 she's incurred so far.

Miley Cyrus may have done that whole eye thing that triggered a $4 billion lawsuit, but don't say this chick isn't supporting the Asian community....
Smiley chowed down at City Wok last night. She had another hankerin' after hitting up Koi last week. By the way, we recommended renting "The Joy Luck Club" -- and you say we're not helpful.

A Los Angeles woman has filed a class action suit against Miley Cyrus, claiming she mocked Asians in a recent photo by slanting her eyes. Price tag: $4 billion.
Lucie J. Kim claims to represent more than 1 million Asian Pacific Islanders who live in L.A. County. Kim claims when Cyrus posed for the photo, she "knew or should have known that her image would be publicly disseminated via the media, which Cyrus knew focused on her private life, specifically TMZ."
Kim says in the suit, filed Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court, that each Asian Pacific Islander is entitled to the minimum damages for a civil rights violation -- $4,000. Add it up -- $4 billion!
Kim says Miley's "just a kid" defense doesn't fly. She says it's like Paris Hilton claiming to be just a kid. Ouch.
Miley's peeps could not immediately be reached for comment.
